Beautiful and very clean !

This was one of the most beautiful property's we have stayed at! Perfect way to unwind after missed flights and connections ! Will definitely stay again

Appears to be a newer property. Front desk staff very friendly and personable. The lobby was lively without being overbearing. The pool is a nice size even though we didnt get a chance to use it. The room was very nice although a bit on the smaller side. It made it feel cozier rather than tight. I would definately recommend this property

Our room smelled like they cleaned it it with an old mop.

Our stay was excellent. Check in and check out was super convenient. Only two very minor things I would like to see improve are more options for breakfast and a microwave in the rooms. I will be considering Tru hotels again when I travel.

TV doesn't work if there are thunderstorms. Shower never got hot.

I enjoy staying at Tru properties. Great service from front desk, large colorful lobby that has cool wall mural, free coffee and available snacks and drinks for$, usually a pool table or some type of activity and a lot of creative seating. Rooms are a nice size, comfortable beds, large TV, plenty of lighting, and tile floors. The bathrooms are spacious and have walkin showers. Multiple items for breakfast. If interested there is a pool and exercise room.

We stay for one night only , I wish I could stay more. Everything was clean, relaxing, and the stuff was very friendly. I would totally recommend it.

Clean

I travel frequently, but this was the first time I ever felt so unsafe. We were attacked in the hotel lobby by a group of people, and the front desk staff were not trained to handle such situations. We asked them to call the police as things became dangerously tense. The front desk attendant temporarily placed us in a stairwell room to keep us safe until the police arrived. With three small kids, it was our only option, and we stayed there for over half an hour until help came. The police did a great job, and we're grateful they helped us leave safely. It's incredibly unsafe place. Despite not spending the night, the hotel refused to refund our money claiming they aren't responsible for incidents not directly caused by them. We ended up staying elsewhere, which was a vast improvement. No money in a world worth more than life and safely of children. I strongly advise against staying there, especially if you have children with you. Please stay safe! Do research about the area! Horrible experience!
