The room was ok. Bed very comfortable. We had everything to make coffe but no coffee maker! When telling the front desk i was just told oh sorry. We went to walmart and bought a kuerig. For rooms that are pricey at least have the amenities in the room. Also why only 1 robe lol ?

Beautiful property!

We stayed here for 4 days 5 nights. Everyone of the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Cleaned our room at different times of the day. So when we slept in had room service and left at lunch. they would come in after we left. even cleaned it one day around 4 pm. It is expensive staying in the guitar. But the room was great. large bathroom. Huge shower. Best water pressure we have ever had........EVER

We had a problem with the room we reserved when we arrived. The previous guest(s) obviously smoked many times in this room. Kimberly (front desk) worked very hard to find us another room ASAP when the hotel was already @ capacity due to a concert attendance. She came through and even provided an upgrade! We were very pleased and will recommend Hard Rock Hotel to anyone! Thank you!

Amazing

I stayed in the guitar with family and our beds and pillows were comfy. The shower was a good size with and bench seat and different shower heads. Next time i go I will definitely get pictures of shower to post. I just love Hard Rock.

I love this place. You drive up to the front of the hotel and immediately greeted by the valet who are absolutely courteous and polite. We then went inside and checked in at the front desk and soon found that I had accidentally booked a smoking room by mistake. The young girl at the front desk was so extremely helpful that not only did she change our room to a non-smoking room but upgraded us up to a luxury suite for no additional charge. Once checked in, the room was unbelievable and more than what we could have imagined. Once we placed our luggage in the room, there are just so many things to do. Whether it be shopping, dining, gambling or just wanting to have a few cocktails. We had an amazing experience at the Council Oak restaurant. The food, drinks and ambiance was incredible. Later, we had the best time, enjoying a concert that I have wanted to see for years. If you want to just have a great time for a few days, this is the place to go. So many amenities without ever having to leave the hotel. Thanks Hard Rock for the incredible experience! Definitely will be back!

I enjoyed and love everything about my stay at the Guitar Hotel. It is absolutely a. Beautiful hotel. Keep up the excellent work. I can't wait to visit again.

Everything great except cocktail servers never came around while we were gambling. Like for hours, eventhough the dealers would ask them to come back. Also, breakfast place called Rise had terrible service. Hardly ever saw waiter. My food came out completely wrong and it took another 25 minutes to get meal replaced with correct order.. No apology or comp or anything. But Irwin was the sweetest man ever and helped us more than our own waiter.

Called down for extra towels bec only 2 sets were in the room. We had 4 people in room. Took and hour and half to get towels. We had dinner reservations at 645pm luckily I was able to bump reservations to 715pm. Still didn’t have towels to shower before dinner. So 2 people used the big towels, one person used the hand towels and one person used the robe to dry off! I did call down to for towels again after an hr they were not there. They did acknowledge it’s taken too long. After that still took another 30 min to get the towels..but too late we had to make do w/what we had. In general…everything takes forever at this hotel. Dinner..drinks..getting rooms ready..checking in..

This was our first time staying at the Guitar Hotel and it was a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect and the resort is beautiful. No complaints and we highly recommend staying for a couple of nights.

Stayed here a couple of days before a cruise out of Miami. The hotel is simply wonderful! The room isn't very family friendly though, as there is no door to the restroom and the panels behind the sink can slide open to view from inside the room. Other than We enjoyed breakfast every morning at Rise and loved the food court options.

We were not told check out was at 11:00 am we arrived at 2:00 am flight was delayed. We stayed in the room for 9 hours. Housekeeping manager escorted us out of the room at 11:15.

Everything was good, but people at Counsil Oak restaurant at the resort, left us without dinner, laterally. I had an anniversary dinner with my wife on Monday July 1st and people from the kitchen didn’t processed our dinner order. At the time they told us about the situation, around 10:45 pm, it was too late to go somewhere else trying to celebrate and eat as we planned. Manager was informed as well. That was too bad because it was the purpose of our trip to Miami from Houston. We didn’t experience that situation before on any otter place before.

My room wasn't ready when I arrived, however, everything else was great!

Roof view for a deluxe room, I called the room service 2 time and 1 hour to delivery (person at the phone rude)…. The rest was good but the view and the room service is 2 most important think in the hotel for me

You have to pay for violate Parking for the hotel. Public parking lot to pack not able to find parking for handicaps. Not able to enjoy casino or restaurants due to the heavy smoking.
