It's a nice hotel, Employees work extremely hard none stop for a lousy $200.00 a month. the problem is the lobby is very hot because of the electric very expensive. Bus loaded of Korean and Chinese arrive everyday and the Chinese extremely rude and loud. Looking at the hotel on the left is Virgo hotel every 5:00am the AC come on loud and vibrate entire left of side of Regalia Hotel, unable to sleep late. Do i recommend this hotel? NO, there are 400 others hotel surrounded, nice, quiet and much cheaper.

It was a good hotel to stay in and rooms were in general nice, but it lacks just a bit of the extra service and quality wise to be a 5 star hotel if you ask me. The doors was also making some noise a few places around the hotel and the pool ladders as well. As I mentioned the staff was generally good with service but in some places and especially the rooftop they were sometimes not visible always to attend service. I also noticed that some of the staff did not speak basic English and therefore it was quite difficult to communicate sometimes.

Hotel was large n sooo many guests !! It was always crowded in the lobby n sometimes had a wait a bit for the different floors elevators to arrive. It was within walking distance to the beach n lots of eateries n spas around that area. Breakfast had a good many spread but i only enjoyed a few items. The reception staff were very helpful n friendly. The Affinity pool was a draw n could get crowded too. Noticed not much business in the spa within the hotel.

Though the room type is non-smoking room, the smell of tabacco come throughout air duct. It was very disappointing and I did not want to stay at room at all.

Hotel was clean, concierge staff was friendly and helped us book our bus rides to the next city. The buffet had lots of options but nothing to wow about. Just enough to start the day.

On check out day reception accuse me of taking two small towels. It took some convincing that I didn’t. I ordered a car. He was 15 minutes late to take me to the airport not happy. He drove fast and used his phone while he was driving. nearly had accident. I can’t recommend because of this.

Really enjoyed our stay here, it was a great sanctuary from the hustle a bustle of the streets. Everyone very helpful and friendly. Only we didn’t like was repetitive music that played the whole time from drown the street. It was very loud.

We asked for a roll of toilet paper around midnight, but did not receive it until the next day when we got housekeeping.

There are too many guests coming in to check-in every afternoon day. That makes hotel staffs pretty pretty busy and that make things end up with having some staffs being imsupportive to other guests.
It is not always good to copete price with other hotels in a town. Pricy hotels invite only expensive customers and that is it.

Excellent hotel, both in terms of service and value for your money. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very helpful, and the rooftop pool and breakfast are top notch. All in all, nothing to complain about.
