Hotel location is good.firstnight check in not to bad i ask reception if there is any room in front can you change or upgrade there was non he said it was my wedding anniversary he said he will send somting never happened 3rd day went to beach they didn’t give umbrellas ans told them next door umbrella why they won’t give? They told me thets different hotel I should of booked there if you complain. Ther was no wind and i have 3 years old with me my girl and we had to go back to pool . There was only 1 staff that was laura works in inside bar and pool bar she has made us staying there and always has asked if we need anything.i

Pool was not functional / repairs lo around the pool / worst stay ever!!

When I first got to my bed and it was dirty, had to call housekeeping to come and change the linen. Also, my balcony door went open after unpacked my whole room. I had to repack it up so they can move me to another room. I saw big water bottle in my room. I reported to the front desk and no one did anything about it.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very nice and clean Hotel with direct access to the beach.

Our family enjoyed using the pool and the access to the beach. The room was fine and they were very responsive when we called down for more towels for showers. We were upset however that on two separate days we were not able to get towels at the pool area, which is what we pay an extra resort fee for. We did not enjoy the restaurant in the hotel. Even though the restaurant was empty, we waited a long time for anyone to come and greet us and had to send a meal back because it was over cooked and not edible.

There is no ventilation at all. Bathroom stinks because of that!

Nothing unique, tub horrible condition, water flow is stupidly low, front desk service slow, door location in the bathroom hardly gives any space to access the tub,

Beach front

I had an issue with my room 834, bathroom hat, hair, red hair on the floor when I checked in I was too tired cause I got it late at 11 o’clock as my flight was delayed so I didn’t go downstairs till later on the next day also in the room where the TV stand sits in on the floor is a bunch of sand on the right hand side lotta sand so I could tell that the room is not really being clean properly besides that the room was beautiful. It was a nice room was cut off. Air conditioner was very cold, but besides all of that is just the cleaning of the room.

Nice hotel. Rooms are very clean. Beautiful view of ocean and pool. Room was huge and great for 3 people. A little far from the action but you can Uber all over. Would stay here again. They were working on pool for first few days so we could not use it but we used the pool next door.

Perfect location at the beach. Breakfast was tasty ,wasn’t happy about extra charge for parking, In general we had good time!

Customer service was amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The day we got there the pool, gym and rest were closed for renovations. The gift shop was rarely open. Our room had power issues, I was told to not use a hair dryer or the like or I would be in the dark. The manager is a useless coward who would never come out to discuss any complaint. Finally I saw her and she said “complain to corporate bc that’s what I am telling everyone so they finally fix things”. Ok so if the place sucks, refund people!!!

It was a good place to stay. The pool was down for a couple of days though and the inconvenience of having to go to another hotel was not pleasant. We decided not to. Otherwise, it was all pretty good.

The overall stay was decent. However, the last 3 days we were there the pool was closed. There was no communication to us that the pool was being closed to have work done. Even when we woke up on the Monday morning to see it was closed, no one ever made a comment about it. It was very upsetting as this was my birthday trip and with it being close to 100° every day the pool was a huge factor in booking this hotel. The beds and pillows in the rooms are also not great. The hotel is pretty nice but the price tag for our 5 day stay was absolutely not worth it when we couldn’t use the pool for over half of the stay.

The pool, gym, and restaurant were all closed for renovations. Not disclosed until we called and they told us we could use the pool next door…

I relaxed at beaches

There was no shower head pressure in the bathroom. Very loud rooms, people running up and down the halls ways all night. Parties going until 4am. Babies crying all night. You can hear everything clearly as if they are in your room

This hotel is not worth to stay if you look at luxury at price range of $300. Dirty carpet in all rooms.

The people cleaning were great, but the people in the reception and the kitchen were a disaster. Arriving 15 minutes before regular check-in time and being a Gold Member, we were just told that the room was not ready and not given any time for when we could check in. After waiting a couple of minutes we spoke to another person, who managed to find another room, so that check-in was at the regular time. We had other questions but found the people working in the reception in general totaly uninterested in making our stay a great one. The worst was when we were served raw chicken in our BLT sandwich to our daughter. My wife has had Salmonella from being served chicken that was not properly prepared and ended up in hospital, so we know the dangers of eating raw chocken. When we took this up with the reception, one of their answers was that the food served by their pool somehow was not their problem. In general worst possible service!

The staff was super helpful, attentive, and overall extremely nice!

Not getting the beach view like I was promised was the bad thing but overall the trip sightseeing and the entire experience was amazing!!!!!

Not good value for money. Delay in check in. Poor condition of building. No parking if it’s own.
