Beautiful hotel tastefully decorated and well-located 10 mins walk from Osaka Station and less than 10 mins to the nearest subway (3 stops to main area of Namba). The area is quiet: you get the energy of the city without the intensity and within a few mins of 7/11 and Family Mart. Room itself was lovely but would say small if you have large luggage as can’t easily open in the space. Slept very well, staff were very courteous and helpful when we had a problem with the TV (although the complimentary breakfast was extremely poor unfortunately).

Overall this Hotel was very good. It was clean, and everything was in good condition. The bedrooms were certainly well sized by Japanese standards, although they had very little storage so we still had to live out of suitcases rather than being able to store clothes. Location wise it was not straightforward to find as it is not on a main road. We also found that while it was reasonably central, we still had to take public transport everywhere we wanted to go, and the hotel was not immediately next to a metro or train station. Thankfully we discovered that it was only a short walk to an underground entrance from which you could walk to Osaka Station in a few minutes. There was not much to do in the immediate vicinity so even finding somewhere to eat in the evening there was not a lot of choice nearby. Overall though a positive stay in a nice hotel.

Rooms were nice. Staff was mostly accommodating and friendly. Cocktails in the bar were excellent. The restaurant was not accessible without a reservation on a weekday night even though it appeared to be mostly empty. Not a lot of dining options in the area around 8pm. Most cab drivers did not know how to find the place; we were dropped off around the block more than once. Still, lovely hotel. Location a bit inconvenient if you like food.

Very new and fresh hotel in a great location in Osaka. The rooms are tiny— more like a business hotel but was good for a few day stay. We liked the coin laundry in the hotel as we desperately needed to wash our clothes after very hot and sweaty Osaka days. Walkable to Osaka station and many restaurants near by. The 2nd Fl bar was relaxing and the cocktails were delicious too.

It was a nice experience at Zentis Osaka. I had an issue with my transportation to Osaka and missed the first day of staying at the hotel but the hotel processed the reservation amendment and refund very quick and smooth. The hotel is very clean and modern. Lounge areas are nice too.

Amenities and service exceeded my expectations. Staff were amazing. Conveniently located and in a safe neighborhood. Would absolutely consider staying here again, as well as recommending it to others. Well done.

My family and I recently stayed at a hotel in one of Osaka's best nightlife areas, and it was a fantastic experience. Despite its prime location, the street where the hotel is situated is surprisingly quiet and not congested, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel itself is not overly luxurious or flashy, but it embodies the idea that simplicity can be elegant. One of the standout features is the coin laundry on the second floor. For just 500 yen, we could wash our clothes, which was a lifesaver during our two-week trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, super clean, and equipped with a small refrigerator. The toilet being in a separate room from the bathroom was incredibly convenient. One drawback was the gym. It's quite small, with just one multi-equipment machine and a few treadmills. For someone who exercises daily, it's not ideal, but it didn't detract from our overall experience. In terms of service, it was excellent, consistent with the high standards we've come to expect from hotels in Japan. Overall, I would rate this hotel 5 stars for its combination of location, cleanliness, and convenience.

A fantastic hotel within easy walking distance to railway and shopping. Staff are so polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious, well maintained with every amenity you’ll need. Great meal options available at the hotel or nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to travellers.

Zentis was great for a short stay in Osaka.

Location is great, approx. 15 min by foot from Umeda station. Design is really nice. Very clean room. Unfortunately we had very loud neighbours during all 3 nights. Even though the staff tried to help, it never changed...

Clean and modern. Sockets everywhere for charging stuff. Convenient location.

We were incredibly impressed by the service and cleanliness. The location was good, located in an alleyway that was very quiet. I had several requests taken cared of immediately, including getting an iron and ironing board, and an early checkout request included having a take-out breakfast prepared for my family of five. Self service laundry facilities were well maintained. The only suggestion is that the breakfast be more of a self serve buffet type, instead of limited menu of three choices; that said, the breakfast was delicious. Rooms were spotless, and room cooled down very quickly. Overall, an outstanding hotel

The Zentis Hotel is a nice new property with fairly big rooms (we had the connection suite). It was great for a family because there was enough room to fit 5 plus room for luggage and you also had the bonus of having 2 bathrooms. Robes, slippers and all the sundries you need will be in your room to take care of you in case you forgot anything. Laundry facilities on property were clean. There were 3 dryers and 3 washers for coin use for hotel guests. There was a small gym for exercise too. The hotel offers luggage forwarding and receiving. Make sure you have yen as it is a cash service. The Shin-Umeda station is a close 10-15 minute walk away. Very convenient and very quiet location. The hotel has plenty of outdoor seating and also a full bar on the 2nd floor. If you like the modern feel and like a newer hotel, this is a place for you. We had a great stay. Thank you Zentis!

Great location in Osaka, nice hotel and great staff

We had a wonderful stay over 2 nights at Zentis. The location was great, very close to train stations. We had two connected rooms and spaces seemed fairly generous for standard local hotel rooms. Rooms were quite elegant and supplies provided in the room were above our expectations. Service staff were very kind and courteous.
