Everything went well. The only thing that bothered me was the shuttle. I messaged the hotel a few hours before my check-in asking about the shuttle from the airport, but they never responded on time and I ended up taking a taxi at 1:00 am in Tirana. The receptionist told me that I should requested in advance, but this information wasn’t available in my reservation. That was frustrating.

This was an excellent place to start our visit to Albania after a long flight. We appreciated the cleanliness and personal services throughout our stay. The pool was well maintained. The breakfast was fantastic with several options for all types of diets. Very family friendly atmosphere as well as business professional. Parks and restaurants are nearby, making this a great place for any type of traveler to enjoy their stay.

Very lovely hotel stay prior to a flight out of Tirana.

We got an accessible room and it was huge. The bed was very comfortable and silent. The staff is very welcoming and the hotel provides a free shuttle 24/7h to the airport. We had the chance to enjoy the restaurant too and we are so satisfied: big portions and very tasty food. I highly recommend the MK Hotel!

A wonderful place to stay & it’s close to the airport !!

Clean comfortable rooms with an excellent gym and outdoor pool. The only thing that lets the place down is the service from the restaurant. Room service order was placed after several attempts to have the phone answered. The order was then forgotten about and it was too late to make other arrangements.

Probably the best hotel around Tirana I was afraid because 5 Albanian stars is not Europeans standard at all but this hotel was very great Rooms were clean, breakfast +\- 15€ per person was great and the pool was perfect In the hotel area there is a nice and complete playground for the kids The staff was kind and helpful The only negative point is that you don’t have a balcony or drying rack for the wet clothes The restaurant offers reasonable prices with great choice

The MK hotel’s staff is very unreliable. I confirmed transportation twice and still there wasn’t anyone at the airport upon my arrival. The hotel is clean and fine, but the lack of responsibility from staff made me decide to not come back again.

Great hotel

Great hotel to spend a relaxing afternoon and the night before your very early flight! They provide transportation to the airport too.

We booked one night stay in MK hotels as we had an early flight next day. And I am so glad we did it. It was incredible experience, everything went so well! They let us check in much earlier, so we spent a full day in the hotel. Hotel has everything to make your stay perfect: nice swimming pool, gym that is very well equipped, nice restaurant, where we had business lunch and dinner. Service at the restaurant was very good and food was delicious. The stuff at the reception was all very friendly, helpful and smiling. Our room was spacious with very big comfortable bed and good shower. Also the transfer to the airport was organised by hotel and was free of charge. All was done at agreed time, very fast and convenient. Our stay was definitely 10 out of 10. Big thanks! Our last day in Albania was just perfect. And we hope to come back soon.

Beautiful airport hotel

Overall nice hotel, with clean updated rooms and friendly staff

Pros: Super clean, nice on-site restaurant, great gym and pool. Cons: situated in business park so nothing much nearby (30 minutes by taxi to city centre), generally slow service (not just in hotel, it was a general observation in Albania); breakfast offerings were pretty poor - eggs cold, staff slow to replenish juices, coffees, meats etc.

Brand new property that is very modern and clean. The rooms were huge and well equipped. The pool is great and the kids swam until late into the night. There’s also a great playground and restaurant on the property. Perfect place for families to stay. It is an airport hotel. It’s less than five minutes to the airport. For that it is very convenient. You will need a car to get anywhere else. Highly recommend! Great value!

Great pool! Everything is new and in great shape

Hotel was clean and well presented. Staff were helpful and the room was extremely quiet, even when aircraft flew over head. Would recommend and would stay again.

Excellent hotel close to the airport with free parking and free airport transfers. Great pool area and buffet breakfast. Staff were professional at all times. The only small point of criticism is that our room was very dimly lit.
