our stay started off poorly was put on second floor. We were in one room that had a nasty stain on the pull out couch. Was placed in a new room that room smell of smoke and someone cover it up with air freshener went to the office who were amazing and didn’t care that I was annoying and placed us in another room on the fifth floor, which ended up being great N cleaned. Smelled awesome and went down and thanked the front desk, they were too very sweet ladies.

After staying at the worst hotel in Miami, Home2Suites by Hilton on Pompano Beach was a welcome relief. The staff there was exceptional, especially Alton! We had a long day and night after staying in the aforementioned gross hotel and dealing with Miami traffic. It was a welcome relief to be met with kindness and compassion from Alton!

WiFi was down for a lot longer than it should've been. They should have protocols for emergencies. Overall, it was a heck of a value though. Can't beat the location. Close to everything you want to do in that area.

I loved it and would stay again! It was walking distance to the beach and there were restaurants close. I like the rooftop view and bar. It was a great experience

Our stay was great but room service wasn't the greatest. We only had 1 tissue box provided. Room service cleaning was only done once or twice but only the beds were tidied. Floor was not vacuumed. More toilet paper should have been provided especially that we were 5 in one room.
Breakfast included was good but should have had more meatless options for the eggs and other meat options other than pork like turkey or chicken sausages or strips. Not everyone eats pork. Hard boiled eggs should have been served warm instead of cold.

The only thing is parking. No free parking anywhere close to the hotel. $25US a night at the hotel

Great stay. I go at least once a year and it’s always great. Kayla at the reception was really helpful and Jicky at the breakfast station was an angel. Thank you very much!

We had to change rooms at 11 pm because our air conditioner was not working. They tried to fix it but said they might just need to replace it. I had to go ask for a different room. They were just going to leave us in a room with no air for two nights? Also the bathroom door was broken and got stuck in the bathroom … not happy with that.

Room was spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast Buffet was a free for all, fight to get your food as the canteen area was not big enough.

Pool great but design not built for comfort, sharp edges all around the poolside.

However said I would stay again as location is perfect.

It was ok. Other than the argument with front desk “agent” Josh, it was a nice stay.

Front desk Josh was rude and arrogant. He later apologized to my daughter and me but it was an upsetting situation to deal with. Using the room key to park in the structure was an hassle when it didn’t work! Other than that the stay was good.

The property is conveniently located with lots of dining options, it is clean with great service. An upgrade of the bed linens is necessary. We had 3 very soft pillows for 2 guests. We did not complain as I am sure it would have been taken care of.

Friendly & courteous staff. Easy check in. Nice clean room. Close to two great restaurants Beach House & Lucky Fish. 1 night stay. Will definitely return, if in Pompano Beach again.

Parking is awful, $24 per night to park in the garage and we had such a difficult time with exiting. That’s the only bad thing I have to say. Customer service was excellent. Maria was exceptional. She made certain my stay was nothing less than special, she even upgraded me and I don’t even know why lol, but greatly appreciate d it. The hotel offers free breakfast from 6-0am, but I didn’t take advantage of it. All in all my stay was perfect!
