Carpet wasn’t vacuumed. Blood stains on the sheets. Didn’t get even replace them. Still haven’t got security deposit back. 10/10 do not recommend

Dirty and cigarettes burning on the bed and room was not clean got dust all over Simple as a place not to stay and hostess very unprofessional

I was charged for a auite with a jetted tub. I got the bottom basic room. Dirty tub...not a jetted tub, no coffeemaker, no ice bucket or cups. Waited 30 minutes for the desk girl to cone inside from her friend's party outside. Dogs owned by that female were running throughout the hotel, NOT on leashes. When asked we were told, "We aint got ice so we don't have buckets." I will be discussing my false charges with corporate.

A lot of problems with door keys and amenities staff is a little rude and can't have any guest

Every part of the hotel was so dirty. The room smelled like smoke and the comforter had burns in it. They did not have a ice machine on site, an in room coffee machine, or even a bar of soap. We had to ask for tissue, toilet paper, an iron and other items that should have been stocked. They gave us one towel we had to share between the two of us. When we asked for a second towel, they said we had to throw down the first one and they would wash it and return it to us. There was trash left in the room and food left in the fridge. Only one trash can in the room, none in the hallway or lobby. Not even one in the parking lot. We booked 4 nights with hotels.com. We checked out after 2 nights and have not received a refund for the other 2 nights. Both my wife and I left there feeling physically sick. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

The cleanliness was awful. There was still someone’s shower puff and hair tie wrapped around the spout in the shower. Hair on the shower walls Which makes me obviously think the shower wasn’t cleaned. Walls are filthy. There was what looked like snot slung across the wall by the bed. Definitely not touched when room was previously “cleaned”. Rooms need a thorough cleaning. From the lobby to my room on the 3rd floor reeked of weed. The power button on the air/heater was broke so I had to just keep adjusting the temperature to be comfortable. The only good thing was the employees were very helpful at the desk and my deposit was returned promptly

Booked a room with a king size bed n jetted tub did t get either. It’s 6 am in the hall I can hear another person yelling in hallway. If you’re broke or desperate it’s fine but run from here. People live there upon check out 7am there was a shoeless& shirtless person in the lobby talking to jomself.

There are no phones in the rooms. How does the hotel notify guests if someone comes in for them. My cell phone was off, so this made it difficult. No coffee pot in room as advertised, remote to tv only good for sound, no ice maker working/non-existant. The plus are staff nice, pet friendly, very quiet, clean room, quiet heater/good heat, good location for anything you need and any event to go to in Washington County/city. Shopping and restaurants. Overall a great experience. Overall

Wall are thin, but a lot to eat at surroundings. Pretty solid for the price.

At checkin… the clerk (who was new) couldn’t get a key to load for me to go to my room. She only had 3 keys available. I waited 10 min before she called the maintenance guy to give me access to my room.

When we went to check in there was no one at the desk. There was a hand written sign saying to call a number. I did and there was no answer. I'd prepaid or would have left at that point. After about 10 minutes, I got a call back and was told they would be down in a few minutes. They'd been working on an issue with another guest. Turns out they only have ONE person working in the entire hotel. She was very nice and I don't blame her at all. The owners of this hotel have clearly not invested any money in maintenance or hiring staff. I would definitely not stay there again.

They are in middle of remodeling Laundry facilities not up and running Lady who helped with reservations was nice

Desiree was THE BEST! She was just ONE person handling the desk phone and problems with the key machine and the fact the Expedia did not make contact with APM TO RESERVE A ROOM FOR MYSELF. Desiree did a fabulous job and I know she is way UNDERPAY and deserves more money!

The room smelled like smoke. Had to go ask for batteries for the tv remote. Then had to go ask for wash cloth. Then toilet paper, and once again to front desk for shower mat. Had to run the water for 10 minutes to get hot water. Finally got an email today after we checked out at 9am telling us to call the front desk to book another day. Check out was at 11am. We got the email at 3:45pm...which tells me they are gonna try to charge us for another day. Plus, we got charged a $50.00 deposit fee which they said it would take 3 to 5 days to get reimbursed. Will never stay there again Also, they have people living in the hotel rooms.. VERY NOISY

I did not stay at the APM. I booked my reservation after midnight and was not able to check-in that night when i need to get some sleep while on my road trip. When i got there the customer service was non existent. I couldn't get any help and then again im the morning when i can back by to be sure i was not going to be charged the manager Liz wouldn't even come out to talk to me. I left messages and non of them were ever returned. I am stll waiting to see if my money will be returned. The pictures on the sight looks good but the atmosphere there is not good at all.

Our toilet was repurposed from an old elementary school. My wife and I are in our 70's and 80's so getting up was a little difficult.

Not fit to bring children around. People trying to sell drugs and buying drugs right in front of entrance and in parking lot. I was approached and offered within minutes. Furniture was scratched and burned in a non smoking room. It just wasnt a pleasant stay.

By far the worst place I ever stayed in my entire life. No trash cans visible on the property. All people are expected to take all trash to the dumpster. While my pillows didn’t have pillowcases, they did have lipstick stains! The carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed. Room smelled musty. When I stripped the bed to check for bed bugs, found all kinds of stains on the mattress protector. Seriously folks, this place is cheap for a reason. Stay at any other place. I considered sleeping in my car, but it’s also in a high crime area (at least according to front desk).

I knew it was cheap for a reason, but very basic things were missing. There were no towels in my room and since there was no phone I had to go to the front desk for each issue. TV didn't work either.

People hang out front all hours of the night seedy characters door open & shut all night smoke in a non smoking room urine smell i.n the hallway pealing paint looks light a location for a horror film what more to say??

I didn’t not stay, i ended up checking out do to roach Infestation and bed beds. I called into customer service for a refund and still have not gotten a response. Which I was promised to here back yesterday at 10am.

Everytime I booked thru Expedia there was confusion at the front desk. The morning clerk would tell me I'm all set when I'd booked the night before and that my key card was fine. Then at work I get a checkout email notice from these folks. You get what you pay for.

This hotel was the dirtiest I’ve ever been in. The lobby is so deceiving. If we hadn’t been on the road 10 hours, we would have left. We just could not keep our eyes open. Checked for bed bugs and took quilt off. The only redeeming factor was the sweetness of the girl at the front desk who said her mom also worked there.

Room had something sticky on the floor. No wash rags or hand towels. Still haven’t received my deposit back yet. I should have received a deposit for staying there Geek monsters all over the parking lot.

Not bad if you just need a place to stay the night. Helpful staff but the place is just ok.
