Everything about this home was as promised. We did not prepare any food but the kitchen was well stocked with all the things you would need to prepare meals. The only downfall so to speak is the neighborhood. When first turning the corner to the street there is a very dilapidated property that initially caused me to be concerned, but there were no incidences and I and at no time did I feel unsafe.

It was very clean and had everything we could have asked for! lots of room for family!

Our group had a last-minute change of plans for where we would meet. The owner was more than accommodating, taking our reservation the day before our arrival. The home was easy to get to in a quiet neighborhood, clean, and fully equipped for all our needs. It is beautiful and spacious. I highly recommend you give it a try if Sioux Falls is your destination.

The property was beautiful and big enough for us. Lots of laughter and stories were shared in celebrating our sisters surprise birthday party.

Since having a loss in the family this past year, we wanted to do something different for our family holiday. I was able to host my entire family comfortably Christmas eve and again on Christmas day. Joan's attention to detail from the Christmas tree to the bonus gift under the tree were so thoughtful and appreciated. The home is welcoming and the hosts Joan and Lance are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this property and hope to be staying again soon.

Property is new, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hosts have thought of absolutely everything! It was a fabulous place to gather and reconnect before the Thanksgiving celebration with extended family.

What you see on the VRBO site is what you get plus a whole lot more! This home was perfect for our large group of 14 in town for a high school cross country race over the weekend. The home was large enough to accommodate all of us while still giving the adults enough of our own space away from the kids. The home was well furnished as well as having everything we needed for the entire weekend. The kids loved the open spaces and nice surprise of a poker table while the adults loved the updated amenities and overall look/feel of the home. Joan (owner) was very proactive in reaching out to us to ensure we had everything we needed before our arrival and even arranged for some additional sleeping spaces for our large group. If you are in town with your family or maybe a larger group, I would definitely recommend this home for your stay!

The property was amazing. Clean, inviting, and warm. We were so happy with the ease of the check in code and the easily separated rooms. With a large group, it's nice that some can go to bed early and not be disturbed by the people up late! Neighborhood was so quiet and easy to get to. Hope the construction is over before we come back! 😁

Nice house and allowed us to have an early check-in. Only complaint would be online description stated "whirlpools spa" under pool/spa. And it is really a standard bathtub.

Property was nice and new and very well maintained. The owner met us when we arrived which was a first at any vrbo. She was friendly and very accommodating. It is located very convenient to the airport which was a plus for us. We enjoyed our stay just was a little too short . Thanks for the hospitality from Nashville TN !

Beautiful home, clean, and perfect for a large group.

The house is beautiful with plenty of room for a crowd. Amenities are nice - soap, shampoo, paper towels, etc. We were allowed to check in early, as we got into town in the morning. Host was available & responsive. Had a great time at Falls Park & an escape room adventure at Escapades!

I have stayed in over 40 vrbo’s and this was one of the best! Very clean and great spaces!

We had a wonderful time! This home had everything we needed and then some. Beautifully decorated, lots of room and amazing hosts! Our Siblings and many or our nephews and nieces had not been together for 1 and 2 years so being able to see each other in such a comfortable place was so amazing! We all came together to celebrate our Aunt and Uncle's 50th Anniversary and the end of an era for Something New Band playing in Hartford. Thank you for allowing us to make more great memories!

BEAUTIFUL! We couldn’t have stayed at a more perfect place to be in Sioux Falls to finalize our adoption for our two beautiful girls!! The house was extra clean had every thing u needed and then some. We had family over celebrating and still had plenty of room to move about. I would highly suggest staying here!!

I was coming to Sioux Falls from Bloomington MN for my younger brother's Celebration of Life and needed a place for my family and friends to gather after the service. Although only 3 of us slept there for the duration of the trip, we had several members of my family and a lot of friends stop by for a bbq one night. The hosts were very accommodating with parking, and we were able to grill and have plenty of space to eat and enjoy each others company comfortably. Having this set up was so wonderful for my family and made a stressful time so much easier. The property is very nicely decorated, accommodates all ages, and the hosts were both awesome people. I highly recommend this property and am hoping to be able to stay there again in the future.

After our trip to the National Park out west, my family made use of Sioux Falls as a rest stop. Our plan was to treat the house as our central hub while exploring the city. However, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that we immensely enjoyed spending time at the house itself. We found ourselves cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and indulging in family movie nights more often than venturing out. It turned out to be an incredible gathering spot, and we absolutely recommend it. On a side note, Joan was extremely responsive and accommodating!

This home was beautiful, it was very comfortable for 7 adults...you could easily have 4 or 5 more people. New clean home. Very nicely stocked, best I have ever experienced. Would absolutely stay here again.
