Hotel is dated and in need of some deep cleaning - my bathroom had cob webs in the shower and hairs on the walls. Front desk staff are so friendly. Speed of service is nonexistent in the bar area by the pool. Black out blinds are great but then the bathroom windows light up the place.

I honestly don’t think I would stay there again, the road traffic was horrible very loud, the rooms need to be sound proof. The staff were great just a horrible room experience. So if you love road noise, loud cars then it’s for you, if you want quite don’t bother.

The wifi was the best I've ever used in any hotel before!! It was so easy, quick & most of all no time consuming process with having to enter a number of pass codes to enter to access the wifi. The only thing I didn't love about it was the room service wasn't very good but it was a speedy delivery none the less.

Convenient friendly and clean accommodation with great river views. Common area with the pool and great happy hour was fabulous. Great friendly and helpful staff was wonderful. Very central location to everything in Surfers, thank you so much.

Very close to Surfer's Paradise beach and all the shops. Would definitely come back for that river view, absolutely stunning sunsets. Definitely no need to drive if you're down there for a few nights or so especially since the tram stop is only a few minutes walk.

Spacious room with great views of both ocean and Gold Coast canals. Close distance walk to everything in Surfers paradise and close proximity to public transport if u want to explore north and south of Gold Coast.

Absolutely amazing accommodation. Super cheap, perfect for impulse stays (like we did 😆). Only complaint is hot water was super sensitive. Other than that, will definetely be returning in the future!

Great location and the staff at the reservation desk were all very friendly and helpful.
Room was nice, comfortable bed, unfortunately there were a few things that were dirty in it but the view of the river was fantastic from the 19th floor.
Biggest let down was the “buffet” breakfast, next to no options, over cooked bacon, gluggy beans, terrible coffee (we even paid for one to get a better one, still terrible), quite dirty with good spillage and congealed food on serving spoons.
If we had have avoided buffet the rest of the stay was most enjoyable.

My 2nd stay here the Riverview is far superior to the main road or city view. Only downside with both stays was the 2 single beds they put together need a top mattress on top.

Vibe hotel is conveniently situated with easy parking, close to transportation. It is walkable to many dining options and shopping areas and one feels safe in the area.

Absolutely everything , wonderful friendly staff coz I arrived late and couldn’t figure out the door hehe to my wonderful room even the Uber driver that came to drop food . Awesome will return whenever I’m back in town. Thank u to all that i intersected with. Will always put in a good word. Hehe
