Super clean and easy to find. I encourage anyone to rent this space

The host was so friendly and easy to communicate with. The accommodations were very clean and organized. The location was perfect; cute shops only miles away, beach access, beautiful views, and short drive to downtown Annapolis!

My sisters and I had a wonderful girls weekend here. The property is just gorgeous, meticulously maintained and lovely gardens. The apartment was perfectly decorated and spotless. It had such a warm and comforting feeling with thoughtful touches everwhere. Ewa, our host, was so sweet and attentive and genuinely concerned that our needs were met and that we were comfortable. This stay was a real blessing and highly recommend to anyone visiting the Annapolis area. Close enough to enjoy all of the charm and activities in the historic district while also enjoying the quiet and peace of the waterfront countryside.

We truly enjoyed our this beautiful spacious apartment. We were in town for a wedding but wish we had more time to enjoy the wonderful living room with the decadent sectional and the awesome 76” tv. Ewa and Elizabeth were so sweet and right there for us. Can’t wait till next time!

We were in town for a weekend wedding so didn’t spend too much time at the place, but it was the perfect escape when we needed a break. Quiet, clean, had everything we needed. Be aware it is a basement unit so very few windows. Stays dark in the mornings which can lead to sleeping in! Laundry room was appreciated. Plenty of towels including beach towels. Owner was attentive to our needs and responded quickly to questions. Very comfortable and would definitely recommend.

Ewa was the best hostess. She bent over backward to make us feel welcomed and to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described! Very clean (and I’m kinda picky when it comes to cleanliness)! My teenage boys enjoyed the ping pong table and areas to relax. The screened in porch and beautiful yard were wonderful for morning coffee. We enjoyed the Cape St Claire location and the local market, restaurants and custard/ice stand! Should we ever need a place to stay when back in the area we will certainly look to see if this is available again! Just really can’t say enough good about this place and Ewa!

Property was as described. Very clean and well maintained. Owner was in constant contact and willing to help if needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful at night. We would rent again if in the area.

Our family of 5 stayed for 10 days and this apartment was awesome-clean, comfy, spacious and my 3 teen boys loved ping pong table and workout equipment! Beach is short walk and we loved the quiet neighborhood, nearby grocery and restaurants. Naval Academy just 10 mins away-close to lots of things. Ewa was so attentive, gracious and kind. We also enjoyed the beautiful back yard and garden in evenings. We’ll be back for future USNA visits!

We were visiting family for the week and this property worked out perfectly for us. It was plenty spacious with 3 full bedrooms, a small kitchen (no oven), and plenty of space to move around and also lounge. A slight drawback for us because our group was 5 people was sharing 1 bathroom. The property is super easy to access with a separate entrance and the neighborhood is beautiful with views of the water as you drive up.

We loved staying at Ewa’s place! The basement apartment is very spacious with plenty of room to spread out and was wonderful for young kids. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle/coffee pot, toaster oven, mini fridge, and dishwasher. A washer and dryer are also available for use. Ewa’s backyard is gorgeous, lovely for sitting and enjoying the garden. It’s also just a short walk to the beach, which was fabulous. Beach towels were provided for our use. We happened to book the weekend of the annual strawberry festival, which was a real treat! Ewa lives just upstairs with her mother, who were both so kind and hospitable. They provided everything we needed and restocked as necessary. It’s about a 15 min drive to downtown Annapolis, but the local area has a little market and restaurants as well. Overall, we really loved the location and amenities this place had to offer. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

This property is beautiful. But they should not be renting it out. We were a family of 5. My husband, 16 year old and 2 grown up kids. On Saturday night we had my 80 year old mother-in-law and 4 other relatives for pizza. They left at 10 and at 11:26 the owner called me yelling at me to tell my guests they need to leave and we need to go to bed. We had the TV on only and no guests were there. She told me I was lying. The ceilings should be sound proofed because we could hear them walking around and dropping things starting early in the morning. The entire time we felt very uncomfortable coming and going as the owner is constantly lurking around and you cannot leave the property without her asking probing questions. She pretends to be nice but is really just passive aggressive and nosey. Finally when we left she commented on how many people we had staying there implying we had people still there 3 days later!!!! And then she made my husband take out the trash before we left. When you rent your home you need to have reasonable expectations.

The apartment within this home as well as the landscaping, porch and all special touches inside and out were absolutely beautiful. This was a very peaceful place for our family while visiting Annapolis. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. Many many thanks to them both! The ping pong table provided lots of added fun and laughter!

We came to visit my son at USNA and this place was exactly what we needed! The place was clean, organized, and much bigger than expected. The kitchen area had everything we needed and the hostess was amazingly kind and pleasant. This is a 5 out of 5 from us and I can only hope it's available for future visits!!

From the moment we arrived until we departed, we were treated as though we were family. The rental was so well appointed and clean as a whistle! Our host, Ewa made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so very comfortable. We look forward to staying there again!

This was our first Vrbo experience and we were a little nervous about it. This beautiful home was perfect for our family. Lots of space, comfortable beds, laundry room and much more. We loved our stay and Ewa was an amazing host. Highly recommended, you will be be disappointed.

A beautiful, roomy and clean space perfect for a weekend with our mid.It was an easy and quick drive to the yard. It's a lovely neighborhood, the walk and the visit to the beach was very nice even in February. Our host was very attentive but not intrusive. All the extra little touches were appreciated. We enjoyed the coffee, entertainment center and got in some good ping pong games. The space is larger than it looks in the photos and very well designed. We will definitely be back!

This was such a wonderful place for us to stay during our brief visit to see our son at the naval academy. It is an absolutely gorgeous and immaculate space. We thoroughly enjoyed everything, (and the kids especially loved the ping pong table!), Ewa is a fabulous and responsive host and we look forward to staying again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience! First, Ewa is a fantastic host. She was very accessible, accommodating and such a sweet person. Second, the property is amazing. It has everything you could possibly need and more. And it is absolutely beautiful. This is by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed at and we will definitely be back. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Reserved parking space, separate entrance, lots of entertainment with the tv, bar and ping pong table. Would stay again.

Staying with Ewa was like staying with a relative without having to join them for dinner…lol. It was awesome! Great location. Very very clean. Entertainment center was over the top and they thought of every little thing. We definitely recommend!!!

Our stay here was absolutely incredible. The apartment is clean, spacious and quiet. Our host is a lovely and thoughtful woman, happy to accommodate us in any way to make our stay more comfortable. She was easy to communicate with and we felt very welcomed. The attention to detail in the decor was superb. The beds and couches are very comfortable and the location is unbeatable. The beach, playground and nearby shops made for a fun weekend with our young son. This is a fantastic place for families and couples alike to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

We have stayed at numerous VRBO's and this property was absolutely amazing. The space was clean, well equipped, and in a great location. Also, the host was great to deal with. We will absolutely return to this property. This was a perfect location for our visit to the Naval Academy and attending the Navy football game.

This was definitely our favorite place we've stayed in Annapolis! It was super clean, quiet, comfortable, and had lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. The local beach was the perfect place to unplug and unwind. We found a shady, breezy spot under a big tree to watch the sailboats float by. The hosts are the most attentive, caring people and we were so thankful to have met them! Can't wait to stay here again!
