We booked this home for our summer family vacation and unfortunately we wish we would have booked somewhere else. When we arrived to the home and walked into house there was very strong odor like someone had sprayed cologne and we had stepped into a Hollister store. I assume this was to cover the smell of urine that you are greeted with from the living room. The kitchen had multiple roaches in various stages of life cycle so one would assume owners knew of this. The filter for the AC was visible as soon as you walk in from garage and looked as though it had not been changed in several months. The grass in both front and back yard very much needed cut. While the home does look like the pictures they do not represent the true nature of the home. I also asked specifically how long of walk to beach prior to booking and was told a 5-10 minute walk. That could be true for someone traveling alone and only tagging a chair along for the walk and not a family which was pointed out when I asked. The postives to this home is the ping pong table and the neighborhood is quite.

Everything was impecable clean and accurate as shown in the pictures. Overall the attention was efficient, quick and kind.

Great home to stay at. Hosts were very friendly, would retuen our messages immediately. Location is decent not to far from the beach. Overall the family had a good time and house was very clean and confortable.

The property and the owners were wonderful. Communication was great! The property itself was clean and comfortable in a nice neighborhood and our dogs loved the backyard. The one thing we didn’t like was the beach four blocks away. It wasn’t overly clean and there are large storm drains that dump street runoff into the ocean. The water was murky when we were there. However, we did get to watch a pod of dolphins play, which was really cool. We decided to go to Virginia Beach for any further beach days. The drive wasn’t bad at all, and it gave us a nice, quiet place to stay while still being able to drive to locations to visit. Overall we were happy with our stay.

The property was clean, water pressure was great, laundry was convenient, beds were all comfortable. Not a problem at all.

Very relaxing and comfortable - so much better than a hotel room!

We came to VA to visit some family and wanted a comfortable home to relax in during our down time close to the beach!! This place did not disappoint!! I felt like this was a home away from home. Even the fur babies were comfortable! My 17 year old said she wants to come back again so we will be back. Thanx so much!

Everything was amazing. The host and the home was great. Pictures of the home were an accurate reflection and my dog LOVED the backyard. He loves to play ball and it was large enough that he enjoyed it as well.
