Maybe food could be little cheaper

Community Manager Bhavya took us for a sunset trek which was really nice. Also, they have a dog called brownie and she is beautiful:) Plenty space to chill around and hangout. Manager in block B was a nice guy.

The biggest red flag was people on reception, they were really rude, they were rude to me when i booked this place and they were rude to me when i reached to checkin. Not only to me, they were rude to everyone and all of the travelers were pretty pissed. I did not understand the policy of asking full money in advance even though we have not checked the place in person. Its like you're stuck even if you dont like the place or even if its dirty or something. Dorms have only 1 table fan attached to wall, we all were unable to sleep as it was too hot and everyone was sweating. I paid for bigger dorm but it turned out size of the dorm was same, they just added one small area with table next to dorm. Very small dorm and all the beds were really close to each other. Lights in the room are very dim, if you need to pack or anything then you'll have to use phone flash or take things out in common area. Food at the cafe does not taste good at all, you can refer picture of friend rice and manchurian, i left the food as it was really bad, but their Chai is good. Common area also does not have enough fans and its very difficult to sit and chill.

The property is well equipped with games and breakout areas. The cafe is great and has good menu. The place is taken good care by Prateik, Shakti and Alka, the cafe is well curated by Manoj. The staff is very friendly and will give their 110% to ensure a very comfortable stay.

Lit trop court pour les européens en dortoir. Obligé de dormir légèrement recroquevillé ou en biais si vous faites plus 180cm. Couette pas de dernière fraîcheur. La house n'avait pas été changé. Les photos ne sont pas toutes contractuelles. Le cadenas est proposé à la location et non pas proposé dans le tarif de la nuitée.

The view from balcony and location was peaceful. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Was surprised to see smart TV in our room because top end hotels also have regular TVs in their premium rooms. Food tasted just like home.

A guy from the hotel tried to charge us for extra blankets and also, tried to overcharge for room heater. He told me that room heater was for 500 per night but when I contacted the reception, they told me it was 300 rupees per night. Also, the bathroom had a foul smell which only resolved after 2 days. Only veg food is available, no non veg.

Such a great hospitality by staff (kapil,manu,raman).nice view.food was awesome.
