This is a great place to stay!! Clean and super cute with a nice fenced in back yard (perfect for our tiny Yorkie), relaxing pool, and friendly neighborhood. Checking in and out was super easy. We will definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed the house and pool. My grandkids had a ball in the pool. It was a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Beaches.

Lovely renovated three bedroom two bathroom home with a heated free form pool. The manager equipped the home with beach paraphernalia, kitchen necessities, and personal hygiene items. We had use of the washer and dryer and house cleaning necessities.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear there was no detail missed in this beautiful home. The Host literally thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. It truly felt like a home away from home. My husband and I and our 2 adult children (18 & 21) along with our dog really enjoyed our week. The house was clean and organized, the beds were all very comfortable. The sheets and towels provided were of excellent quality. The outdoor space was such a bonus as well from the heated screened-in pool, to the comfortable sitting area and the grill. The neighborhood was very safe and we loved going on walks with the dog. It was our first Christmas away from home and we couldn't have picked a better house. Nicole was super attentive and promptly answered any question we had quickly. We will definitely be back!

Nicole’s swift communication was really appreciated and made everything so easy. Vero Beach is a lovely find too - great location and beautiful beach. We were sad to leave and wished we had booked longer. This really was a 5-star stay.

This home had everything you could need and more. Very thought out, from kids dishes to bathroom supplies you may have forgot. You can tell the home is properly cared for and supplies were left to help, like granite counter cleaner, vacuum, floor steamer. Nicole knew we were traveling with our small dog and left towels specifically for dogs only, yard clean up bags and treats. Everything is very well labeled, the kitchen is stocked with everything I could think of, my kids especially enjoyed the popcorn maker. Nicole helped make my packing light by leaving toys, step stools and sound machines for us. It was a very nice surprise to find books and games for kids and adults. We loved the pool and swam daily. This home was so perfect we wondered if they were willing to sell. I’m from Vero and already had an idea of where the house was but it is a very safe and convenient location. BOOK THE HOME!

Clean, organized had everything I needed for our short stay, if I was to stay longer all I need was to by my food! This house would be my life goal!

My family and I were due to stay on the gulf coast for the week but hurricane Idalia saw to that. Started our panic search for somewhere on the east cost not setting our hopes too high based on last min availability. Well, we shouldn’t have doubted it. Found ourselves welcomed into this stunning home that became the highlight of our holiday. Nicole was amazing from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, fantastic communication and you could tell it matters to her that we have a fantastic stay. When our flight was cancelled at short notice, Nicole was so accommodating and we stayed an extra night. We were delighted as it stay felt too short anyway! The home is so well equipped with everything and more that you could need. Pool lovely, warm and clean. Plenty of towels and washing pods. Fab neighbourhood with the loveliest neighbours who we chatted to, so welcoming. The area was a surprise hit, loads of fab restaurants, beaches and shopping and my daughter even went to train with the local gymnastics team which was brilliant. You will not go wrong with booking Nicole’s beautiful home, you might not want to leave!

The house was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Plenty of room, cold AC, a great pool, and close to the beach and food. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again! The homeowner was very kind and helpful if we had any questions before and during our stay. 5 stars!

This place met all of our needs. Perfect getaway house; close to everything. Nicole was especially accommodating to our requests. Plenty of supplies and extras! Great house for family with kids. Books, toys, pool floats, sound machines, kid’s dishes and utensils. We had everything we needed and then some!

Luxury Home. Wonderful pool. Great location. Highly recommend. We plan to return!!

This beautiful home does not disappoint. The owners have thoughtfully decorated and supplied the home for comfort. We chose this home because of its proximity to the Jackie Robinson Training Complex where our son’s baseball team stayed for a week long camp. It was fantastic to return from a game and relax by the pool. It’s only a few minutes drive to beautiful beaches. Everything from chairs to towels are available at the house. Nicole is a fantastic hostess. We hope the team returns to Vero Beach next year as we would love to stay here again.

The property was fantastic. Nicole thought of everything and she was very helpful by providing recommendations for local restaurants and fun things to do.

Other rentals have never come close to this house. Nicole, the host, thought of everything and make staying here your home away from home. Beds are firm and comfortable, all the furniture is comfortable...even the outdoor chairs. The pool is clean and refreshing. The sun on the water reflects on the light blue ceiling over the table and chairs. It is so relaxing and the fence around the yard makes it so private. Look at the pictures very close. The house is that perfect.

What a wonderful experience we had at this property! From the minute you walk in you just know that you are going to love your stay. It's a home away from home with all the comforts of home and more. What a beautiful place! Nicole, has thought of everything and her touches are thoughtful! Kitchen is stocked with everything you would need! Best kitchen we have ever seen in a rental home. The pool was where we spent most of our time and it was perfect. Just the right temperature too! Thank you so much for making this lovely place available. Immaculate, many extras. Bed was very firm, which was challenging. Decorated professionally. Perhaps less sprinklers as they can be a challenge when coming and going. Nicole was very respectful.

Although the weather for our week’s stay did not meet our expectations, the accommodations were excellent. The listing for the house and pool was accurate. We needed some special conditions for the pool and Nicole, without hesitation, offered a solution right away and followed through on making that happen. The house is very well maintained and Nicole has a generous supply of kitchen items, basic cooking supplies, paper goods, laundry items, beach items, pool items, etc. She even supplied us with a high chair, toys, a sound machine and cabinet locks for our little one. All details of the house were well organized and clearly communicated, before, and during, our stay. Nicole promptly responded to any questions we had. Nicole is one of the best hosts we have rented from. Her communication and attention to detail are second to none. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

5 Stars Plus - maybe a 10! Very nice home, like new, all the accommodations anyone would need and more. The Host Nicole was very attentive from the first communication, to our last during our week stay. She made our vacation visiting family easy and stress free, we liked everything about the home. Everything is new, all kitchen supplies needed for cooking and entertaining, very nicely decorated and renovation is amazing. We will stay here again, highly recommended, good location only 10 to 15 minutes to the Ocean, near all restaurants and stores, quiet street and neighbors, the pole was a dream as well. Nicole was a great host. The house was perfect, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed (and more!). Upgraded kitchen, bathrooms and furnishings. We were visiting my father in Vero and needed a place to stay and also work from home. This was perfect and we’ll definitely stay there again. And the pool was a nice extra touch for us! Great experience all around.

Myself, husband, son and girlfriend just returned from this property. I really cannot say enough about the house and the host, Nicole. The house was exactly as described and pictured. It was obvious that Nicole takes great pride in making her guests feel comfortable and happy. She went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. The house was very well stocked...better than the other VRBO properties we've stayed in. I would be happy to stay here again....or anywhere hosted by Nicole. This is a beautiful pool home, every inch and a corner tastefully decorated, Labels everywhere so you know where to find everything, all quality items. My husband and I have stayed in at least 100+ vacation rentals in the last few years because we prefer it to hotels, and we have never seen anything this meticulously appointed and cared for. You can tell that the landlord is determined to keep this property in the highest standards, and yet it feels very warm, welcoming and cozy. Super responsive, caring and attentive landlord. Everything is beautiful and quality and it makes you feel like you want to care for it too and be a good steward. The kitchen has every kind of gadget imaginable including dry fryers and tons of baking pans. :-) They also have lots of extras everywhere in case you forgot something. Hospitality at its absolute best. Will definitely stay again.
