Nice location for visiting Reykjavík. Well located next to harbour, supermarkets and good restaurants. Short walk to city centre.

Excellent experience in every way!!!
The apartment was perfect for our group! Very well stocked and the location was excellent to everything we saw & did! Loved it and we all really loved Iceland. Thank you for everything!!

The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adult parents + 2 adult children). Centrally located at the harbor...great views, great sunlight. Easy walk to main shopping area. Easy access to highways for day trips. Nice coffee shop / bakery (Brikk) across the street. Our host Sjonni was beyond responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this spot.

Amazing Apartment
Amazing views over Reykjavík port. It was a spacious living accommodation, and was only a 10 min walk into Reykjavík city centre. It had large windows which we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights out of it! Overall, a perfect stay!

Best apartment. Great location
Can’t say enough great things about this apartment! From the beginning the owner was always in contact with us and extremely easy to work with. The apartment itself was very clean and had the best location to walking into town or being down by the harbor. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space for our group. We had the best week in Iceland and would rent here again!

Spacious Apartment with an Amazing View!
The apartment was plenty spacious for our family. It was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining and family room areas, with wonderful views of the marina, water and mountains. Sjonni was extremely accommodating and always available to answer any questions. The apartment is in a great location, close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend taking a private, customized tour with Jenny & Sibylle (we did the Golden Circle and South Coast tours). Also, highly recommend the Coocoo's Nest restaurant, Brikk bakery (across the street), FlyOver Iceland and the Lava Center. We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the apartment and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!! :)

Brilliant apartment
We would highly recommend this apartment, great views of the harbour with everything you could possibly need.
Property manager has given great thought to the details of the surrounding area, very helpful recommendations and easy to communicate with.

We had only 2 days in Reykjavik, but starting with the apartment, it was amazing! Don't look for any other place - you won't be disappointed!

Great stay over Christmas
Great location, very easy to get around within walking distance to downtown. The apartment is clean and spacious, it has all the essentials we needed during our stay. Sigurjón was very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

Great Stay
We just got back from our stay in Iceland at Reykjavik 101. From the very beginning there was great communication with the owner Sjonni. Clear instructions were provided on how to gain access to the unit with great info provided ahead of arrival. The unit was spotless-clean, spacious for our girls trip (6 of us) and it has a fantastic view (and balcony) overlooking the harbor which I loved. Amazing bakery across the street. Easy to get to the shopping area of Reykjavík, grocery etc. I will definitely be referring friends and family to stay here. Thanks Sjonni for everything—stay was perfect.

Great location!
This apartment is a great location to explore Reykjavik. There is a grocery store within walking distance. The candy and local postcard on the beds is a lovely touch. The air circulation could be better, as it is difficult to cool down the apartment. Sjonni's communication was great, very responsive, and even sent a welcome check-in email. This is someone who truly cares about the experience you have when you stay here! Thank you for a wonderful visit to Reykjavik!

Fantastic location and stay!
This property was great! We stayed with our 2 older daughters. Plenty of room and very clean! It’s proximity to the Old Harbour, restaurants and activities is great! We utilized the nearby bus stop for pickups on various trips. Sjonni was very helpful with recommendations and answering questions. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful condo in terrific location
Gorgeous centrally located condo in the old harbour. Balcony views to the harbour and mountains, easy walk to downtown. Spotless, top quality appliances and linens. Easily made scrumptious Icelandic lamb dinner for six from grocery store four minute walk away.

Fabulous apartment with beautiful view and close to everything!
Sjonni made the rental process smooth and easy. We Are a busy family and we had lots to see and do while we were there, so it was a wonderful home base for us! Would highly recommend it for couples or families with older children (our daughters are in their 20s). Beautiful decor, all of the amenities you need, and a quiet place to sleep -couldn’t ask for better-thank you Sjonni!!

Awesome apartment in an awesome location!
We are a family of four that stayed here for three nights. The apartment is awesome! We were very comfortable with plenty of room. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the Harbour. It is in an ideal place. It is walking distance from many main attractions. There are three grocery stores very close by and many restaurants. Sjonni really puts a lot of effort out to make sure everyone is comfortable. We contacted each other many times via email. He has a pamphlet about the apartment and how everything works. We highly recommend this apartment and would love to return someday!
