Stayed for work a 2nd time at this location so very convenient that close to the downtown location house was very clean and matches the pictures

It was just as it stated, it was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the space as much as the surroundings. This is the number one go to place for our next stay. Easy access and close to the happenings in the area.

Extremely clean. Very comfortable beds and a nice location to downtown. Unbelievable variety of coffees and felt at home right away.

We rented the house as a central location for holiday family gathering, and it worked very nicely for that. The appliances are good quality, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are good sized. This is an old house though, so it isn't surprising that there is some unevenness in the floors of the kitchen and other rooms. The layout is also a little quirky but charming with two stair cases and an angled ceiling from the roof in the shower. Sara was very responsive to my questions and left us a thoughtful hand-written welcome note and some nice chocolates. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. The home was very clean and the basic items provided. It was also a close Uber ride to downtown and Augustana was close by as well. There is only 1 1/2 baths as the 2nd one doesn’t have a shower so keep that in mind if you are planning on the max # of guests.

The house was great for our family gathering. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and accommodated our group perfectly! The property manager was very communicative and attentice. Would love to return in the future.
