Decent enough for its money.

The smell of drain. The apartment wasn’t clean, the owner gave us the wrong code on purpose, we had to wait outside, till got the right one, it was hard to get in touch with them. Lots of noises, no isolation. Painted mold on the walls. They know how to take good photos, but in fact, you don't get what you pay for at all.

The location

The sewage smell, mold in the toilet and having zero ventilation. Kettle was not working properly. Lots of broken / faulty items in the room

The property was okay, very well located and close to the station, about 10 min walk or 4 min on the bus. Location wise was great. Night buses, shops, etc.

It wasn’t very clean and there was an awful smell which we assumed it was mould. The type that sticks to your clothes! Terrible!! Also we were staying 8 days and there wasn’t enough toilet paper or milk/tea/coffee, just enough for 3 days.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PROPERTY! Firstly there were issues, with dripping water outside our window, whenever it rained and it became VERY loud and a nuisance, especially when trying to sleep. I notified the property via booking.com and they advised someone will have a look at it, but it was never fixed throughout our stay. Secondly, we returned back to the accommodation mid-afternoon one day, after being out for the morning and the fire alarm had been set off, whilst we were out. I called the property to advise that the alarm was going off and they advised that it had been going off for a number of hours already and that they are waiting for property maintenance to attend the property and turn it off. The alarm continued to go off for another 3 hours, before someone attended the property to turn it off. It left our ears extremely sore and us with a nasty headache from the noisey siren. I then experienced extremely unhelpful and bad service from property management towards the end of our stay, as we messaged them via booking.com to check if our room was available for another couple of nights and if we could extend our stay, due to the fact we were in the process of rental property applications and it was easiest for us to stay there, then to move on to other temporary accommodation. However, after they had confirmed to me that morning that our room was still available and we were able to extend our stay, they gave us very confusing and incorrect instructions on how to process the extension via booking.com. It was only after a matter of hours, of going back and fourth with them, did they finally provide the right instructions… but by then the room had already been booked out by other guests and we were left scrambling to find alternative accommodation elsewhere. The service received was extremely poor and they refused to honour their confirmation (received in writing) that we were able to extend our stay.

We liked the decor and set up of the room and it was in a great location

We weren't provided with a change of towels or linen for three weeks and the property was right on the main road meaning if we opened the windows the traffic would keep us awake!

Was asked to empty the bin before leaving the property and also I paid for double room and I was given 2 single bed my girlfriend and I had to sleep on a seperate bed
