Very clean, quiet, situated in the middle of a field with cows walking by your window in the morning. We choose this location because it is between Pashadere and Karadere wild beaches (aprox. 30km distance to each of them). -close to Varna (25 min drive) -you have everything you need in the kitchen -good value for money

Everything was great but here are some things you need to consider: -car definitely needed -Romatika is the nearest beach: the access is horrible and the beach very commercial. There are other beaches much prettier at a half an hour driving distance. -bathroom floor draining not working properly -bathroom door damaged due to water

The pool and the garden. The bar. Kamchia river and Central beach.

The bathroom very small, the water presure was very poor, very hard to wash hands. We stayed at the 3rd floor and in the living room if somebody cook one floor below all the smell enters the room through the hood of the stove. It was very, very unpleasant.
