Our hotel room was very comfortable.Has enough space for our luggages.Was quiet except for one incident that there was a boy crying so loud.I like that across the hotel is the SM Mall.Then the hotel has a pool which is a plus esp if you have kids to entertain.The lobby of the hotel is huge and pretty.So much rooms for guests to sit and relax.Most of the staff are courteous and always pay respect whenever they see their guests.Except for the housekeeping that i’ve encountered during our stay.

I didn’t like that this hotel doesn’t have any facial tissue/kleenex provided.In Manila with this price range , the room is provided with facial tissues and hand towels beforehand which we don’t have.I had to ask the housekeeping that i saw across the hall for hand towels because we don’t have any when we came in.And those girls were not that friendly i’d say.They seemed not so happy and kind like of somewhat irritated when i asked for new set of bath towels and hand towels.We were quite disappointed with the breakfast as well.Not much selection for food.I can’t help to compare it to Hotel 101.Almost same price range but breakfast in Greenleaf didn’t meet our expectations.

Good location to everything. We had a 6 year old child with us and we booked the property for the pool. Though pool was small and located on ground level. The breakfast was Ala carte and room delivery due to covid19 but selection is good. WiFi connection was fast and water heater temperature was good as well.

Limited Parking Area and no assistance for parking. We had to go out on their back hotel and open area to be able to park. We had to go around for 3 times to be able to get a spot. For the price per night you’d expect those small extra service.
