property was great . was decorated for the holidays . we would go back for sure. island was beautifully decorated. for christmas. only issue could not get fire pit started. they need to have instructions on how to use it in their information book .

We really enjoyed the layout of the cottage and all the comforts that came with it. Beautifully decorated! It was like home away from home. The cottage is close to the beach and a short drive to shopping and restaurants.

My family and I stayed in Phase 1 of the development and specifically chose a cottage based on beach access. There is an access point to the sand, but the area is not swimmable due to a retaining wall of large rocks. If you’re looking for walkable access to come on and off the beach during the day, this is not the location for you. We were disappointed that we had to drive to another beach access point. On a positive note, the cottage is beautiful and has everything you could need for your stay.

Other then the pool closing it was perfect

Beautiful property. A little disappointed that the beach access was not really there. After 2 each day the ocean was to the steps so we had to drive to public beach. Oven vent is weak and set of fire alarm when searing fish. It took 30 minutes to get properly manager to find a solution to stop the alarm. That being said I would recommend the property.

Love the cottage, the neighborhood was nice, everything was comfortable and the pool area was great. We were pretty bummed to find out the fire pit was not actually able to be used. And I hope they find a solution to the shower curtain falling down in the bathroom - that could have been dangerous.

The place was gorgeous. It has everything you need. We loved all the outdoor space. We was disappointed the fire pit didn’t work…that was one of the reasons we booked. We were looking forward to the fire & s’mores. The beach that you can walk to isn’t a beach to lay on or swim in. Jekyll Island is a beautiful place with lots of history. A great place to relax.

We will go back rent this facility again. The only minor problem is the nats maybe it’s just the time of the year. Over all we enjoyed the stay.

We unfortunately had to cut our stay short due to Hurricane Ian, but the time we spent there was perfect. Great location and the cottage is beautiful. We will definitely come back with hopefully better weather.

Beach trip that proved to have so much more to do and see. Great little place.

This property was the perfect fit for our family! We have two sons, 18 and 20, and this was perfect-everyone had their own space when needed, but plenty of places to enjoy family time! The cottage was clean and definitely a home-away-from home. We will definitely be back! Loved it!

Clean, comfortable and close enough to everything

This was one of the best vacations for myself and my family. The cottage was perfect! So much space, comfort, and amenities to list. We will definitely be back in the future!

This was a great place for our family of 4 to stay. The kitchen is well equipped which allowed for us to cook many of our meals at home. The unit also is also stocked with beach chairs, wagon, bikes, toys, floats, cooler which makes a day at the beach even easier. We loved the location, just steps away from the beach, but very quiet and peaceful. The boys also enjoyed the community pool. Already planning our return trip!

We needed a getaway after Christmas and this place hit the spot! It was so clean and nice. Felt like a luxurious getaway and we rode our bikes everywhere!

Enjoyed our stay. Everything went smoothly. We enjoyed all the amenities associated with the cottage. The fire pit, recreation room, fitness room and pool were great. My girls loved that every bedroom had its own TV, bathroom, and balcony. I loved being so close to the water and not far from any of the island’s attractions.

This property was beautiful. We enjoyed all of the amenities, the two porches and the fire pit. The pool was amazing and the short walk to the beach was nice. We enjoyed riding bicycles around the iskand. We would totally rent this property again.

Great place to stay with family. House equipped with anything you might need.

Jekyll Island is a hidden gem! This was a great trip for our family with 3 teens. The area is great for people looking to spend time at the beach, pool, biking, golfing, tennis and other activities. We also rented a golf cart. The property looks just like the photos. It was very clean, comfortable and well-furnished. The home is just steps from the beach and pool in a high-end development. We did not want to leave!

We loved staying at this property. Rarely is a property as good as it looks online- this place was even better! Lots of space, lots of seating and well thought out floor plan with very nicely appointed furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed and the supply of beach towels, bikes, beach chairs and toys made traveling in from out of state a breeze! This is a quiet friendly neighborhood setting, with very nice clubhouse /pool and private beach access. The fire pit and screened in porch and gas grill were a plus as well! In my opinion- this place has it all! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great place

We had a lovely stay at this property. It looks just like I’m the pictures. The house is clean and very nicely decorated. The amenities were very nice. Nothing we needed for and the location was superb. We even used the bicycles at the house which worked well.

My wife and I felt right at home. My wife had never been to the Jeckle Island area so we spent our time just driving around enjoying the area. We stayed away from people because of the Virus. We cooked all of our meals in the cottage. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. This is a very comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay. Every thing in the cottage is first class. We will ne back.

The property was clean, very spacious, and well equipped. We were very comfortable with the exception of one mattress needing replacement, and low water pressure in the showers. The master bath had a fabulous huge shower, but a very disappointing shower head with low pressure. Parking is very limited and your neighbors are right up on you when you are on the back porch or in the small court yard around the fire pit. This property is ideal for quiet family gatherings. I had issues with the property management company not answering calls, returning calls, or answering emails promptly. There was also an error with regards to pricing that I had to request changes on.

Amazing outdoor space which allowed us to have a Thanksgiving dinner with family while being spread out and in the open air. Other family members rented other units in the some complex (on the waterfront) but didn't have nearly the outdoor space we had. The firepit was a huge hit and easy to use. Wonderful stay. Thank you - it meant the world to us to see some family but feel safe about being outside.
