We loved being in the pool during the day and spending time playing games in the rec room or being in the the living room for movie night in the living room. Kitchen is great for making meals for a crowd.

The property was very clean and spacious.The pool was clean and well maintained. Communication with the property managers was excellent. And last but definitely not least the location of the house is perfect for anyone looking to stay in Hilton head.

The home was absolutely spotless upon on arrival. We enjoyed the hot tub, the beautiful marshland behind the house and the close walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated all of the special touches (tons of towels, beds were made, nice dishes, soaps) that made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you!

This home looks to be recently remodeled...and is aesthetically well done.....but it ends there. It is in a great location, 3 min bike ride from the beach. It has a great pool and a quiet lot. Everything else was a disaster. The AC is either flat out broke or just inadequate in terms of cooling the house properly. There are only 2 vents in the main master bedroom and you basically get no air flow from them. The master bedroom has many skylights, which looks great but keeps the room scalidng hot during the day because of this. We had 3 small fans and finally some portable AC unit rigged up....and the room temp was about 88 consistently. The master bathroom has the same lighting with no air vents at all. The master bathroom stayed very hot all week. Imagine taking a shower and then wanting to jump in the pool because of how hot your bathroom is. The sink drains in the master and the bunk bed bathroom drain very slowly and were a pain to keep clean all week if you shaved or brushed your teeth. The other master bedroom stayed pretty hot as well and there is a Rec room on that side of the house that even has a note stating they know how hot it is and left a couple fans for you to move around the hot air! Bugs were outrageous. We found countless spiders all over the house and our son is covered in small bites from his bedroom evidently. We have been to HHI several times and expect bugs to an extent....but this was over the top. The house has some flaws that seem to allow bugs to enter pretty easily. Honestly this house shouldn't be rented in the summer months until they address the AC problem. We addressed this problem initially the first night (Monday) we were there after check in and really nothing was done to attempt to resolve the situation until Thursday after multiple complaints and an office visit. The customer service manager we finally spoke with was professional and worked to resolve but unfortunately nothing really helped. Beware before renting!!

The house was fit for royalty. We loved how open the living room and kitchen layout was, rooms were clean and spacious, and backyard was ample for our children to relax and swim.

Amazing and Relaxing

There’s a lot to like about this property: location, layout, pool. We had some difficulty with the AC in the master suite as well as in the den/study. Vacasa and the owner took quick action to address it, and I believe they were making some larger systemic changes to address more fully after we checked out. If that issue is resolved (and the skylights receive blinds and/ or heat rejection tint), this will be a great house in a wonderful location. The Vacasa team was great to work with! Very responsive, even on weekends. We enjoyed our stay.

We booked this for a fall break trip and absolutely loved everything about ur stay.. except for Hurricane Ian. This house is amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 22 Audubon pond rd. The house location is wonderful and the access to the marsh in the backyard was a nice surprise. We loved the pool and hot tub and the house was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. We would definitely return!

This is a lovely property. It’s well located and the amenities and space couldn’t be better. Pool and hot tub make even rainy days fun. Love the umbrellas over the pool -nice touch. Was disappointed in the customer service of the rental company and a bit in the honesty of the listing. The air conditioning was broken in a 1/3 of the house making one bedroom and family room area unusable at least 50% of the time. When I contacted Turnkey they said yes they knew, the owner was working on it but the air is constricted. While I understand things happen, the fact that they knew of this and didn’t let us know that we the second major bedroom was unusable seems a bit shady. When we asked them to accommodate us for our inconvenience with a late check out by an hour there was no willingness to even entertain any way to make up for our challenges. Some small acknowledgment would have been nice. Would still book again and I think they know this… hence not so interested in accomodating customer complaints. Other minor inconveniences -pool hasn’t been cleaned or tested for a while it’s clear and hot tub 1/2 of the jets don’t work… all usable and didn’t diminish fun..just something to know if you’re being a big group!

Great home. Newly renovated and very clean/nice. The owner’s suite and the room with the pull out couches gets HOT. Was manageable though, but may need to look into better air circulation in these areas. Loved our stay here overall.

When we arrived, the pool was green and cloudy. However, the property management responded quickly to our texts and had people sent out to fix the issue quickly. Otherwise, great location and good house. As noted elsewhere the Master Bath would get hot during the day due to all the sunlights. Overall a very relaxing house to stay at.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The property was clean and perfect for our little group. My kids loved the pool! The beach is a little distance away which was kind of a bummer. Also, the property needs some reading lamps and more dish towels.

Overall, the property was excellent. It is in a great location which is only a few minute bike ride to the beach. The pool was an absolutely wonderful feature. We were pleasantly surprised as to the depth of the pool. The only minor complaint is that the master bedroom and master bathroom were difficult to keep cool. Overall, it was a great property and we will certainly book this property in the future.

The house itself was wonderful. Great space for us and 6 kids under 21. We were aware of the “air conditioning issues” from reading previous reviews, so we kept the curtains drawn during the day and all the fans on as well. The master and bunk rooms are still pretty warm. The pool heater was on when we got there. We called it in, and no one ever contacted us or came by. We had to find the controls on our own and fix it. Then the tropical storm came through. Two trees were down and the property was a mess. One car blocked in. Called the property manager again and nothing but a text asking for pictures. No one ever called or showed up, and that’s a problem. Having to clean up a rental house while on vacation wasn’t on our list of activities, but we did our best to make it usable for the remainder of the week. The homeowner or property manager should’ve checked in first thing in the morning after a tropical storm, and the lack of communication and service was disappointing, especially for a place with a pretty high dollar rent. So, I’d advise the homeowner to find a new property management company, because Turnkey is the worst we have ever experienced. The only reason we gave four stars is because of that.

This house was very nice and we would rent it again if, the air condition in the master bedroom side of the house is fixed and if the front door lock is replaced. The master bedroom was very hot. It was so hot that we could not sleep in it. If we had other quests with us it would have been a pretty large problem. Luckily, we had another bedroom to use, which was just fine. The front door lock began to malfunction in the second week of our stay. There were multiple times when we would enter the code correctly, receive the proper beeps telling us that the code was correct, but the door would not unlock. The backyard of this house was wonderful as was the kitchen and great room. Plenty of space for our family of five. If the two issues above are fixed we would stay here again.

This home had everything we wanted! The location and neighborhood were perfect - an easy bike ride to South Beach, Harbor Town, the Horse Barn, and the beach access. Plus, the home was very private and the neighborhood quiet. We so enjoyed the large pool and hot tub, and with the size of the home, our family of seven had plenty of room to spread out!

This was one of our favorite houses we've stayed in at Sea Pines. The outdoor space was great and the layout of the home was perfect for us. It was a short bike ride to the beach as well! We are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Enjoyed the renovation, kitchen, hot tub was well cleaned, check-in process was efficient. Hot water takes a while in the bathroom to materialize but that is a small offset to a long list of positives.

We enjoyed staying at this house very much! The rooms are well laid out with lots of space- the kitchen/dining/tv area is centrally located. The beds were comfy and other furniture as well. We enjoyed the game room for puzzles and watching movies. Winter guests: be aware that the rooms with skylights are significantly colder than rooms without them. There is a big difference you will feel. The backyard area is gorgeous and had it been summer we would have spent a lot of time out there! Overall, this is a great property and we were glad to have rented it for the week.

This is a beautiful property and we had an excellent stay. The house was set up great so that we could homeschool our kids while here. It’s an incredibly comfortable home and we also really enjoyed the pool. Very quiet neighborhood.
