Beautiful hotel with extremely helpful front desk staff. My room had an extraordinary view and a Juliette balcony. It felt very Parisian to look outside and see the architectural delights across the street. I highly recommend this hotel, which is close to everything, quiet and very well maintained. Worth every penny.

The front desk was VERY helpful, assisting with a tour, directions, restaurant advice and rides. the rooms were spacious and relaxing, and very comfortable once we figured out the AC! Superb and beautiful location. Very nice and tasty included breakfast too!

everyone of the front desk staff was so kind and helpful in answering my questions and book f excursions. the hotel was very comfy and close to everything. very easy to walk around the city. only took advantage of the free breakfast one day, but it was a good selection and delicious. would recommend!

The Carles Hotel was very comfortable and quiet. The staff were efficient, friendly and spoke English. Also the hotel is in a good area and walking distance to many attractions and restaurants.

It would have been good to have one English language tv channel and also towel rails in the bathroom rather than just hooks.

Location would be hard to beat. great neighborhood. Very welcoming and helpful staff at the desk, at breakfast and in terms of room care. Room was also tastefully designed.

Ailen had exceptional reception/concierge skills. She welcomed us and helped us so many times. We also enjoyed the quiet singing along to the music by the breakfast staff. It made us feel at home more than in a hotel. Really, all the staff made this a wonderful hotel

An intimate boutique hotel with excellent multi-lingual staff. Convenient walking distance to train station, restaurant dock area and also tourist centre. The immediate area is quiet and calm.

Very little disappointed. The slightly overly zealous cleaner throwing away unfinished water bottles, the non-replacement of water bottles even if staying multiple nights but overall excellent.

Great location in the center of the city. Close to everything I was interested in seeing. The staff is friendly and most speak good English which was a plus for me since my Spanish is not great. When I struggled in Spanish, I was able to revert too English. My room was clean and spacious. You can open the windows, including in the bathroom. One note, if you use a wash cloth, bring your own. The included breakfast is substantial and good. There is a small gym with cardio equipment and weights. Outside the gym is a rooftop patio with an outdoor shower. There are no towels in the gym so take your own. The staff arranged for my transfer to the airport, even telling me the exact cost and informing me that using a credit card would cost more. (Please consider the bank charges for withdrawing cash from an international 🏧 in deciding whether to use cash or credit card).

Amazing hotel located walking distance to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and subway. Room was beautiful with soft, comfortable bed. Amazingly helpful staff, advising us on transportation, information to make our visit easy and enjoyable - even lending us a Subte pass card and providing the option of a late flight checkout. Also, we were welcomed with a delicious desert platter in celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary which we really appreciated. Thank you. We will definitely stay again. Tatil (?), Leo and Aileen were amazing!
