The cleanliness & housekeeping needs to be improved. The customer service needs to be more attentive to the customer's requirements.

The staff are accommodating and a nice place to stay.

The Location is very good and the free breakfast is delicious. The staff is helpful and informed us that the hotel is being used as a temporary holding area for OFWs and they do not cater confirmed Positives (like other quarantine hotels do), I can also smell a faint scent of bleach which guarantees that the room was thoroughly disinfected. I've red some reviews on this site before checking in and I would suggest on bringing your own disinfecting solutions just to be safe.

The bidet on the bathroom is leaking heavily and the handle for the bath tub gets detached easily (which can cause some accident if you put your weight on the handle). The water on the sink is always on hot and cannot be switched to cold.
