Housekeeping was not very helpful trash stayed in my room the entire visit and no one had a trash bag when I asked for one

Some guests were smoking cigarettes and weed in their rooms or by the side exit which made the hallway stink badly. Other than that, it was decent, it feels just a little dated.

We always book this hotel for our employees when they come to town. We receive nothing but positive feedback.

This was my worst hotel experience ever. Firstly, the cardio equipment was broken throughout my stay, despite my complaints. The front desk, especially Amy, was unresponsive. She ignored calls and was often distracted by her phone, even admitting to watching Netflix instead of assisting guests. Her lack of accountability was frustrating. However, the evening attendant and a deaf housekeeper were exceptional.
The room was standard, and breakfast, though basic, was adequate. They offered water upon request, which was a plus. Overall, while the room and breakfast were fine, the persistent issues with the gym and front desk service significantly detracted from my stay.

I booked a room with 2 queens, but was told there were none available when I checked in.

My stay was great. The only issue I have was the older Lady working at the front desk. I asked for some towels and she looked at me and questioned me asking did I not have any in my room with an attitude. Other than that everything was great.

Although the property appeared clean I was attacked by fleas which resulted in an infection I am on antibiotics & had to do a 3 day treatment of some sort of medicated cream from head to toe! When I contacted the property the manager had an audacity to imply that I could’ve gotten fleas from somewhere else even though I reported & shown the staff the markings on my body! She was more concerned about the integrity of the brand instead of the level of comfort I am currently in! Plus I am not a pet owner nor have I frequented anyone who has pets! I will never stay at this property again

The staff was friendly… I had to check in early but the hotel was booked up. I decided to wait… really no choice… but the desk staff was so friendly and engaging that my wait time flew by!!! I used there laundry service and no lint! I loved that my clothes didn’t come back with lint stuck to my black clothes!
I stayed twice in two weeks and will stay again when I visit!

Mattress was uncomfortable. Shower glass door inside frame had soap scum buildup. The ceiling light globe was full of debris.
