Nice convenient budget friendly clean hotel. Good breakfast in the morning. Wish I had known they had Tesla chargers before staying. If you can get 1 of the 2 spots, it's nice to slow charge while you are there.

Very Clean and in great condition. Large TV but a lot of stations seemed like weak signals. They would come in and out. I didn’t ask for help though just stuck with channels that were more clear.
Breakfast was just ok. I’m a bit of a foodie and the eggs were not very good but they really never are these type of Hotel chains. They had a waffle station and those were good.
I would definitely stay again anytime though since the accommodations were outstanding.

The person who cleans the rooms came in the third day, no towels I as to pick up news, At breakfast the person in charge breakfast is rude no manners is you as for some. I didn’t haves good experience.

We enjoyed our stay there. staff were very nice & efficient. clean rooms. only complaint is the beds are way too soft! restless night full of backache through the next day.

Very nice and spacious room. Hotel staff from the front desk to housekeepers were so very friendly and pleasant. Conveniently located at the high way. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

They do not believe in cleaning the rooms up at all. They have a staff problem or management problem. We didn’t even have toilet tissue and we had to call down to tell them to bring us toilet tissue. They didn’t clean rooms when we left and to come back, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, I travel all around and stayed at lot of the Hotels. This one has management problems.

The entire staff was amazing. Very hospitable and personal. There were no attitudes and everyone was upbeat. Anytime that I come back to the area, this is where I will stay. Major props to the management and her staff!

Clean property and friendly staff. Disappointed that the railings into the outdoor pool were broken and could cause an injury. Also, the room air conditioner was a little louder than preferred.

It was a last-minute booking so understandable if their room availability didnt quite match hotels.com. Their team initially put us in the wrong one w/out asking or discussing. Once we asked to be moved to what we booked, they worked quickly to get us the right room.

I was supposed to pay at the property, but my reservation was canceled by the hotel before we arrived. I was told it was because my card was ran and declined before I got there. I was also told that they did not have a number on file to call me, and then changed to they tried to call me, but I did not answer. I had no calls from anyone that day. I had to search for another hotel the night I arrived in town. Pay at the property should mean pay at the property.

This is an aging property that needs some updating. Hamptons are usually at a higher standard.

The hotel was clean and appealing to the eye. Breakfast was great. The hotel is still under construction so a little noisy in the morning during the week. The pool area looked nice but is very small only accommodates 30 guest max capacity. And laundry area was small with only two out of four machines working. But we would definitely stay here again.

Me and my boyfriend’s clothes were thrown away by the cleaning staff. We informed the front desk and the manager and the manager was no help. She took her employees words over ours even though her employees were lying. The manager then gave me and my boyfriend false hope by telling us that she would give us points towards the hotel for our inconvenience and we still have yet to receive those points. Please do not book with this hotel! I would not advise a fly to stay at this hotel.

Terrible place as you walk in there is no front desk, also breakfast was horrible, long line to get breakfast, and when I got to get breakfast there were no eggs. I ask for eggs to the Asian lady in the back and she was very mad. What I paid to stay here was too much for the service I’ve received.

I think the property was good, paticularly, Tawnee. The room was great, breakfast wasnt bad. Tawnee made our experience great.
