there was a lot of noise very late at night. the rooms are poorly soundproofed.

Room wasn’t exactly as chosen but I didn’t have any issues until I tried to use the shower. Pulled and turned lever nothing happens, called front desk numerous times both on hotels phone and cell phone no answer. I panicked as time is running out for my meeting. After a few more desperate tries I finally got an answer (he was outside the building smoking). After explaining my situation, it should’ve been an easy fix telling me to pull extra hard on the lever ( I didn’t pull too hard risking breaking it as they will bill my credit card). Due to language issues, I waited for maintenance too long, he then pulled the lever out so hard he stumbled 🤔 meaning this room should’ve never been rented until it is properly usable or tell anyone who rents it to pull on shower 🚿 lever extra hard…it won’t break. I was pissed off to say the least☝️. I never had a lever issue in my homes and the many hotels / motels visits and they only worked by either pulling or turning lever moderately. This one almost needed a hammer 🔨

Booked the room through Hotels.com. The website said CA but Hotels.com charged me USD. I would recommend not booking through Hotels.com. Very misleading and deceiving.

Breakfast was cold; otherwise a nice place.

We visited with other couple, we were lucky enough to get 5th floor and it was quiet. But our friend was put on 1st floor, despite the requesting to get higher ones, they said it’s sold out, while we had next room vacant?! We were there for half Ironman race, and the Rest was very important! But our friend who had the window knocked by strangers outside who played loud music n partied till 1am!! Despite reporting to reception, they did very minimal. I know my friend will not review so I am reviewing on behalf.

The room ok, but the hotel is not really clean, this is the only issue. Breakfast ok

Staff was very nice and informative on transportation and things up do in the area . complementary breakfast was ok. But hotel itself need upgrade we had broken rusted sink and a tub that did not work

Previously stayed when there was an ihop, this time is a free breakfast. Although, we weren't able to stop in, we are excited about that upgrade and will return as the price is reasonable for the location as well the rooms aren't too bad.

it was noisy in the evening but did settle down by 11 to 12 the breakfast was truly great, lots of choices and very clean.

The locations was great and the breakfast was good. The rooms were outdated and need some work done.

Went to Niagara Falls and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very nice. And had some good vegan options.

No phone, we have to walk to the front to tell what we need. Poor service. Shower is moldy and water splashed outside the shower.

The staff was okay, but a hotel without a pool is not worth it.

My overall experience was okay. The room was clean. Front desk staffs were really nice and helpful, even let us stay at the parking for few more hours after check out to go to White water walk which was only across the street. I was with my baby and needed microwave for bottle sterilizing but the microwaves were so dirty and up until the next morning, nobody cleaned it which was disappointing.
