Great breakfast! Very nice people who worked there!

Check was a breeze. Room had a strong dog smell from maybe an earlier occupant of the room. It was very late and i was tired from the road. I wouldve requested another room but i showered and laid down.

Breakfast could be better

Gigy, the front desk lady was phenomenal on all our requests and questions during our stay!

Overall, the facility was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. However, the shower did not work right it was super difficult to pull the knob up to change it from the faucet flow to the shower flow and even then it still didn’t work right. I did report it to the staff and they said they would look into it.

We returned our key a mere 2 hours into a 2-night stay due to a possible carbon monoxide warning around 1 or 2 am which forced us outside. We had only been in our room a little over an hour. We saw an ambulance and two fire trucks in the parking lot. It was unsettling as they were trying to rule out the presence of an odorless, deadly gas. After patiently waiting outside for an hour, the firemen could not give us a timeframe for when the building would be cleared to stay safely. We had just driven 6 hours after school and work, arriving around midnight, and had early morning ballgames. We had our daughter with us and checked out to find safe, alternate lodging, rather than potentially stand in the parking lot all night or sleep in our vehicle...I spoke with Manager Duane Sherman three times over the next several weeks. He seemed professional, nice, and understanding over the phone, and assured me each time that a refund was pending/would be issued for both nights through hotels.com; however, he denied a refund according to hotels.com representatives. Three months later I still have not received even a partial refund.

Friendly staff and walking distance to the Battery & Truist Park

Not a bad walk to Truist Park for our Braves game. Took 15 minutes, only one hill and then the overpass stairs. Plenty of parking. An older hotel, not fancy, but very clean. All staff super, super helpful and kind. Pool is older but very big and clean. Nice jacuzzi too. Breakfast was fine.

Love the fact that a clean comfortable hotel was a convenient walk to Truist Park. Also, lived the fact that they offered a reasonably selection and free continental breakfast plus free parking. Room was clean and comfortable. No major issues there. Plus they were so nice to allow me to continue to park there (we already had the parking pass) on check out day due to our postponed game was played then. Hopefully will stay there again.

The staff is not the most welcoming. Felt like I was bothering to pay for something from the pantry. Clean and a not too bad walk from the game.

Great stay. The front desk was friendly and efficient in anything needed. Breakfast was good, fresh and hot. People working all around to keep up and clean up. Have stayed before and will again.

Our air conditioner didn’t work

We love staying at Country Inn and Suites!!! Only negative would be that the cactus need to be replaced because they are looking like they have a disease!

We were there for a baseball game at Truist Park. You can walk from the hotel but it is straight up a hill and we decided to drive and we were glad we did because it rained.

Staff was very friendly. Room was ready ahead of time. Easy walking distance to the Park for the game.

Close to expressway.

Great location for going to a Braves game. It was a walkable distance to the field. The walk is hilly so be prepared! The hotel was very nice and clean. Friendly staff and loved the breakfast buffet. My husband and I had a great weekend!

The hotel rooms are clean and remodeled but the hotel hallways are in rough shape. Ceiling tiles discolored and mysterious stains on carpet. Breakfast area was clean and well attended to by staff.

The property needs to be updated. Air system is not good in the rooms or hallways.

This stay was simply amazing! Everything was top tier from the staff to the breakfast! The jacuzzi was extremely relaxing, it was very quiet and I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family! They made me feel so welcomed and you don’t get this kind of service anywhere else! Great job guys! I’ll be back!
