Staff was outstanding. Our room was incredible. All renovated. All amenities were present.

Great place to stay. Room was very clean

Facts: 1. The outside of this establishment appeared clean. 2. The office appeared recently remodel. 3. The staff was amazing. 4. Our room on the other hand was something entirely different. The bathroom was old and dirty. The toilet was extremely low to the ground, the shower install was old with yellow stains submerged within. The floor tile was filty with dirty visibly present between the grount. Unfortunately, I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone I know, which is truly unfortunate because the staff were amazing individuals.

Loved it

It was an older hotel with exterior entry. No frills. Our room smelled musty like someone had smoked in it even though it stated no smoking. It’s right off the freeway so in that regard you won’t get lost.

Simply put, this hotel (The Best Western Airpark) is severely underrated. Dee and his staff all possess the qualities becoming of hospitality staff.

Overall great place. Not far from the forum and easy to get to after a concert. The breakfast is nice and filling. The room smelled a bit funny but it was clean overall. I would recommend staying her overall.

The front desk representative was very rude

The receptionist was rude. But the morning person was decent. The elevator did not work. Had to take steps to third floor. Even the elevator Maintenance person was rude .. 😬.. now I realize not all best western are same. It depends on the staff. By far the worst best western I stayed in.

It was safe and good. The check in lady was great. The housekeepers were not that friendly. Hotel was clean enough but kinda old. AC wasn’t the best.

Airline turmoil leads to getting stuck somewhere... The choice was this place or sleeping at LAX so this was a very marginal winner, although in hindsight it might have been a better choice to stay at the airport. Surly staff, overpriced, outdated, no shuttle. So the 60 bucks to get to and from the airport would have been much better spent on a different hotel with a shuttle, had one been available.

Room was nice and hotel was in a convenient location. Only downside was the parking lot which was so small and they charged 20$ for parking, which was a first.

Great hotel, room was clean, they provide a fridge and microwave also they provide a breakfast you know they have waffles fruit yogurt just the reg stuff but it’s something to start your day, they have enough parking but spaces are some what small so cars are close to each other, they also have a pool we don’t use, also there’s a famous donut place in the corner super good too!

My flight was delayed and my family stayed her and the room was nice and clean and very spacious

Arriving around 2200hrs due to a travel disruption, we had no choice but to stay at this wretched motel, the only one available and they jacked their rates beyond the 5star hotels that were full, fully knowing of the travel disruption and exploiting it for profiteering off of people. Upon entering, we were greeted with a hostile "What do you want?" from the front desk. My response, "This is a hotel, I suppose our room," was met with an angry demand for our ID. Exhausted after a long day stuck in the airport, we were defeated. This place barely qualifies as a 0.2-star establishment. The rooms were filthy, tiles were broken, and outside, people were openly shooting up and smoking crack. Avoid this motel at all costs. I crossed paths with the owner and asked about the condition and he said what do you expect, I replied well I paid over $350 for one night, maybe some water and clean towels. Do NOT bring the family here NO matter what. Sleep at the airport

very poor property likes a dianosour. triple overcharged my stay and no heads up for a smoking room in advance. poor altitude staff. Full of wheats smell and noise.

Very friendly staff

i liked the staff and the area we were by, but i wish we got a different room… the water clogged a lot, the a/c smelled bad, the fridge made our food taste and smell like nail polish… i would stay here again if i have a different room.

Average hotel in the city. Tight parking, decent breakfast. Was easy to find off the highway.
