We were told not to use bathtub because it would drip into the lobby, next room we were moved to the tub wasnt even usable, the keycards wouldnt work we would have to call desk associate to badge us in

The individual who checked me in tried to demand 60 USD for check in deposit despite having my card on file. I refused. This place is definitely questionable in safety, sanitation, and overall customer service. Not a place for single traveling woman. Not a place for children. Please be careful staying here. Locks to the room were also broken. The only form of lock was the latch bolt, the deadbolts were completely busted through from previous force entry. 0.5/5 it doesn’t even deserve 1star. I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be overly nice but it was terrifying staying here.

Well the new touch up not so well finished my door never closed correctly.The pool closed to early the breakfast was not even worth getting up for blah it needs help

The AC wasn’t working in her room. I told Office and they like they didn’t care when I handed my deposit. I put it in a hand, but when he gave it to me, they put it on the desk like they didn’t want to touch my hand.

Front desk and the rest solid the staff are very helpful and polite. I appreciate the stay.

Mold in shower. Tufted bed backboard filthy. No local TV channels. Room service consisted of adding new towels- no vacuuming and not making the beds. Grounds were well lit at night but "unsavory" people loitering on the property. One good thing the coffee at the breakfast bar was excellent.

Actually the people, they were very friendly.Very nice.The only thing I see that wasn't issue was and I forgot to let them know that the refrigerator the freezer was froze up and the one trade fell down and we just set it inside the refrigerator so they can be put back in other than that, everything was great.They were very respectful and very helpful

Our stay was just an overnight experience and we welcomed the checkin. We were received well and proceeded to our room. The room was very clean, non smoking and a king sized bed. Shower and toilet were clean and well stocked. Overall a pleasant night

Horrible smell coming from the sink and the night manager said that there was nothing he could do about it, said that we could not switch rooms, I could not wait to get out of that dump.

Broken toilet seat, poor water pressure, pock-marked tub, uncomfortable bed, unhelpful staff, noisy location, and no receipt, all for just $216/night.

This places is terrible, I will never ever recommend such a horrible place. They charge a lot of money and is a nasty place. What a nightmare.

The room it’s great just needs to get the pool fixed

First room shown had an unbearable smell. Second room staff was unable to get the TV to work. AC unit was too noisy to sleep. Too hot without it. Will never go to another Howard Johnson

The property itself is quite tire, dated and not well maintained. For starters, the sink was clogged so I pulled out the stopper to find it loaded with debris. I left it out so the sink would drain. I didn’t use the shower as that looked to be another problem as the drain was laying in the tub. The tub itself was in dire need of an upgrade/replacement. The refrigerator was making a knocking sound that was difficult to ignore. The sheet had paint on it like it was a drop cloth. The TV could only get some random channels, not even local news or weather was available and streaming from my own personal device was not available. The breakfast was truly poor as the only offerings were bread slices, apples and cereal in containers that I wouldn’t consume from. Also that area was quite tired. Upon leaving we were not asked about our stay or experience nor thanked. I would not recommend this location for anyone. Wyndham shot be embarrassed and rethink this type of offering.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was serviceable and certainly adequate (especially for the price), and I would recommend this place, but it's clear they cut a few corners. - I believe this is a Mom and Pop operation.
