The room was comfortable & clean. Felt awesome the first night. BUT, the following day the room was not attended: beds were not done, shower not cleaned up and no towels changed. I notified the front desk & was told that low on staff & will make a note to have room clean the following day. The next morning before leaving, asked if they had on file about my complaint & request about the room, which had not been recorded. Upon my returned, the room has been taking care of.

Great experience! We stayed at the property for one night but from the suite to the breakfast service everything was top notch! The staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were well equipped and spacious. Will definitely come back again!!

Clean room. Reasonable breakfast. Compressor started up and ran for about 3 minutes every hour through the night making for an interrupted sleep.

I wish hotels.com would track renovations. The hotel was only accessible through the reception door for the whole stay, yet was fully bucked requiring you to walk the perimeter of the property from the back. The room was nice, but the carpet was dirty probably from the renovations. Obvious washing the dirt off your feet in the shower. And they could provide a towel hanger at the shower, not across the bathroom behind the door.

Very spacious suite room which was newly renovated, a really nice room with good aircon. A quiet area so no outside noise.
Breakfast was good with hot options and a nice clean breakfast room.
Really glad we chose this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Some of it under renovation but didn't affect me or my suite. Room beautiful. Breakfast was good. Check in was messy as hotel didn't receive booking from hotels.ca but resolved through agent online

We stayed for a hockey tournament. There was another Hockey team staying at the same location on the same nights.
The parents were drinking and not minding their kids. The kids along with the parents were yelling shouting and screaming. They were constantly slaming doors running around the hallways until 2 am.
I called down to the front desk three times and the last time I asked that the front desk can the London police to assist in evicting the problem renters but to no avail.

Nice hotel. Area around hotel under construction. Hotel was under renovation but what done very nice. Our room was beautiful. Price was mid range for area. Staff very friendly and hotel was clean. Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again.

a cockroach was found on the bed, when asked about getting a discount on room because of this, nothing was offered. when reported i asked if our room could be cleaned and bedding could be changed as we had to stay at the hotel the manager said it was passed cleaning hours.

The hotel is having renovations which it needs but this was an acceptable hotel for the price in this area for a few days with family. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros: incredible warn and friendly staff, nice complimentary breakfast and the rooms look modern and have modern accoutrements
Cons: loud, annoying humming noise in the bedroom 24/7. The shower. I like to take hot, "vigorous" showers and the best that I could manage was a fairly warm summer rain feeling one.

Hotel was clean and in a good location. Staff were friendly and check in was smooth. Room was clean and spacious though there was no fan or air flow. Breakfast was nice. Quiet place no problems at all.

Room was excellent. Newly renovated and nice design. A corner type shelf in the shower would be great so you don’t have to put the soap on the floor. No phone?? Wasn’t sure hours for breakfast and couldn’t find. Outside doors were still under renovation and we were right at the back, so had to walk around to the front of the building to use the main entrance when we went out. That was a bit of a pain for a smoker. Excellent service. No major complaints. Was a great stay. Very comfortable.

It was an amazing stay. I was shocked to checked into a beautiful, clean room quite opposite of the exterior look. It is a clear definition of “do not judge a book by its cover. I will come back if anything brings me London. Maintain the standard and you will have your customers coming back.

They said that breakfast was included but there was nothing to eat. Only milk, cereal, butter and bread. I’m never going back.

The new renovations were good, but unfortunately we were given a room that has the option to have a connected room via an extra door and there is absolutely no sound proofing between these types of rooms. We could hear all of our neighbours conversations and were woken up at 6AM by their alarm going off

All good, since the property was undergoing renovations there was very mininal shortage of parking. Very pleasant and efficient staff.
Drinking water could be provided or a water spout be provided in prominently visibke spot.

Property was affordable and relatively spacious, there was a lingering scent of paint and some marks on the coat hangers/floor as I think it may have been newly painted. Aside from that, the stay was good except for breakfast where I wouldn’t necessarily call it a “continental breakfast” given they didn’t have eggs or waffles - just toast, coffee and cereal.

Outside property is run down . Needs attention. However the rooms are updated , clean and very comfortable.

They were having construction done to part of the hotel. The air conditioner was a portable that was vented out of the window. Our lamp didn't have a bulb in it. The plugin was being worked on so we plugged the coffee maker in to a strip cord. The room was nice and we were tolerant considering situation.

Doors are extremely loud. Room next door basically slammed the door 10 times throughout the night and air conditioner sounds like a train. Very loud. Room itself was nice as were staff. Doors and aircon need work.
