It was greet! Dront desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a great stay. The shuttle service was great as well.

Staff was very unfriendly, short and rude. Cleaning staff knocked on my door at 10:55 when checkout is 11. Definitely will not be staying there again

I booked this hotel 15 minutes before checking in. I had a reservation at another hotel but when I pulled in, it didn’t look like a great place to stay. Thankfully the Holiday Inn had rooms available! The only negative was the parking lot was closed for fixing but thankfully there was a parking lot across the street, just a bit of a walk. The stay overall was great. My room was comfortable and clean. I like the added security of having to use your hotel key to gain access to the actual hotel.

Everyone was kind and helpful but it was insultingly over priced for the scratchy towels, dirty pool, and tiny room we received.

Have problems with checking in, my room was ready pay by Expedia,and they acting like didn't have it ,I have to double pay ,so they can let me,and my family stay, people in front desk, unprofessional,they take the deposit three times from my account,bad time in this place.

Bar/ restaurant was nice. No breakfast provided. Room was clean. Bathroom was small, no counter space. Hot water was warm at best. AC wasn’t great- room was at 72 and humid every day. Believe it or not I asked them to look at it (I was there 6 nights) the desk told me “oh the thermostats don’t work. We control the AC for the whole building down here. If you try to turn the thermostat down it’ll just blow hot air. I can give you a fan.” I couldn’t believe it. Never again at that hotel. Just horrible.

Booked this hotel through Expedia and ended up needing to cancel. I called the hotel to see if I would be able to cancel. They immediately told me this would be an Expedia issue since I booked with Expedia. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. I contacted Expedia and spoke with an agent and they said I would need to contact the hotel but the contact for the hotel wouldn't be available until Monday, my booking was a for a Saturday. They assured me I would most likely be able to get a refund. On Monday, I call the hotel again and was rudely told that I would have to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia again and once again they told me I need to contact the Holiday Inn. This time Expedia said they would contact Holiday Inn for me. After a day, Expedia got back to me and told me that the holiday inn doesn't allow any exceptions for cancellations. I am still unsure on if this hotel or Expedia are the ones being untruthful but I would've appreciated it if the Holiday Inn had at least been respectful and kind instead of condescending whenever I called.

Our clerk on Saturday was amazing booked us in early was friendly. Sunday the front desk clerk was rude, our keys didn’t work each time we came back to our room. The tv didn’t work. We were told move to a different room we have no maintenance here today.

It was very pleasant and bartender was exceptional downstairs.

It was a great walk to Wells Fargo and they offered a shuttle if weather had necessitated transportation. Offers a bar and food, great if you don't want to venture downtown.

Friendly staff

Next to aa hospital so there’s an ambulance every so and so. But besides that it was a very nice place to stay and the staff was very pleasant.

Wonderful place to stay. Shuttle available to take us where we need to go. Bathroom stocked with all necessary supplies, better than some much more expensive hotels. Staff very friendly, and helpful. We had the best experience at Drakes diner per Holiday Inn staff recommendations. We will stay again!!

Excellent stay and excellent service! A special shout out to the van driver Mike G! We were in town for a concert and the transportation to the venue was perfect! Mike G was exceptional! Thanks again for everything!

Amazing

Check in was easy. Also there was free parking. My room is very noisy due to the sound of the freeway coming in the window. No option for late check out, which is a real bummer since I am in town for the Drake road races and was really hoping to be able to shower afterwards.

Building looks outdated. Bell man said the "R" word to describe the elevator and stair situation.

Too hot in the room, no HVAC control

Our room was hot the air wasn't working. The lady at the front desk offered us a fan and said to crack the window open.

Stayed for state archery tournament. Hotel was clean, service was great, and hotel is located near downtown area with shuttle service to and from anything within a 3 mi radius. Mike, our shuttle driver was fantastic and full of information. Definitely would stay again. Only marked 4 stars in comfort because our heat did not work well in our room but everything else was great.

The room was nice, nothing fancy or elaborate but comfortable. The only complaint I have is the parking in the below ground area is a little tight to navigate with a large vehicle like a SUV or pick up truck but manageable. The staff is very friendly every time i have stayed here.

Everything was what we had hope for. Within walking distance to Wells Fargo Arena for our event. Was clean and nice!

Very enjoyable

The windows were poor quality and we could feel the freezing air in the room, and the AC didn’t help. In the morning we had ice on the inner side of the windows. The hotel is old and needs a thorough renovation. It has to be updated.

The hotel room seemed a little outdated. I know it was a standard room but just seemed so small. I could hear all the traffic going by. I probably will not stay here again.
