The rooms were very clean but my friend’s room was a bit small. There was a drainage smell in my bathroom. Otherwise the service was very good and the hotel is perfectly placed to tour the city, right next to the Voltivekirche and 10 min walk to the center of Vienna but the hotel is quite central.

Had a wonderful stay in one of the efficiency rooms. Just what I need for a solo traveler.Clean room with a great view of the votive church to wake up to.

Great location, helpful staff, very good breakfast which we enjoyed sitting outside on their covered terrace. Despite central location, our room was quiet and comfortable.
The hotel was clean, fan on AC did not run very high (room was a little stuffy) but likely just with our unit. We would definitely recommend hotel to anyone. Parking garage a few steps away (also possible to rent cars there). Great place for exploring Vienna.

Personal not helpful and unfriendly, missing soap, book with breakfast included and at hotel no breakfast ( booked 2 rooms with breakfast included, at hotel only one with breakfast for the same price)

Its a large and old hotel. Its need total refurbishing. The AC is hopeless, Its basically a fan. Room very small. For the amount we paid for 3 nights, its basically not worth it. I expected a better place. Most of the room is worn out. Very dirty material on headboard. Need I say more?

The Regina Hotel has a lot of history and it has a beautiful historic ambiance. It is convientently located to many of the historic sites and one of the Big Bus Stops & metro (great for getting around.) We did need to change our room three times. The first due to the extremely small room (for an upcharge.) The second because the air conditioning was not strong at all. The last room suited our needs with both space and room temperature. The staff was responsive to our needs, however we did feel like we were an inconvenience to them. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of items.

When booking breakfast was included but once we got to the hotel. We had to pay 25 euro each. Very disappointing. Small and we had pull out couch that was nit comfortable. I would not stay there again. Wifi would not work in our room so we had to come to the lobby.

I had to get a smaller room than I had booked because there was no room left. The room smelled and I think there were little biting insects because when I woke up in the morning I realized I had some sores on my feet. I had to flee the hotel immediately. It was the worst experience I have ever had.

The hotel is magnificent and perfectly located. Walkable to everywhere in Vienna and convenient for driving to, parking and leaving the car!
Don’t bother with hop on and off bus. You can walk all the places!
Breakfast was amazing!
Only slight disappointment was the AC didn’t get cool in summer heatwave. Room was too warm to sleep (over 26).
But any other time, this hotel is perfect!

It was okay overall with nice Italian style in Vienna. At the center, you can go anywhere by public transportation. University of Vienna and other historical buildings are within walking distance.

The hotel is OK. But not when it above +30C every day. Then the choice is not sleeping because the room is too hot or because the air conditioner is too loud. Any other time of the year this is a decent hotel in a good location.

I would have preferred a double bed rather than twin but otherwise it was a good experience. The barbecue meal was lovely.

The staff was truly amazing. They were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel management was very accomodating.
Two incidents particularly come to mind where they excelled. First, the minibar was not working in the room l booked. When it was brought to their attention l was upgraded to a much nicer, larger room.
Secondly, our bus ticket said it required printing. My brother was unable to get it printed. The staff took an extended period of time to assist. The receptionist staff truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Hotel Regina.

Hotel Regina was the third hotel we checked out. The previous hotel had AC issues and during the heat wave it was unacceptable. We found Hotel Regina and absolutely loved the area, the staff was very welcoming and our rooms were amazing. Highly recommend this hotel, walking distance to many restaurants and nice spots. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful one!
