Front desk staff is amazing. The laundry girl is always at the front desk being rude as can be. This woman stop giving us towels because the front desk clerks would let us use the microwave she told us we couldn't and they did anyway. She threatened to call the police, told us she was going to get us put out all over a microwave. This woman was crazy but the front desk told me I had nothing to worry about and don't pay her any mind. So if you stay there and the housekeeper says she waiting on towels best believe the laundry girl is at the front desk harassing guest when she should be folding towels.

Dirty is the first word that comes to mind. Noisy is 2nd word. Dog barking in unit next to us. Disrepair is next, felt like I was in a thrift store. Dangerous, drug dealer tried to sell my 2 teenage boys drugs outside our hotel door.

Seems to me it was a crackhead motel, people walked all night long, no microwave or mini fridge, will not stay there again

Most of the staff is friendly. Then you have the ones who make your business look bad.

I had to have them have maintenance come in and repair a leaky sink drain. No amenities such as mini-frig or microwave. But the TV was excellent.

ALL GOOD. COULD USE A COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST FOR THE PRICE. ONLY 1 ICE MACHINE FOR BOTH BUILDINGS BARELY WORKING. COULDNT GET ICE UNTIL LEAVING THE NEXT MORNING. NEED TO CLEAN PUBIC HAIRS FROM BATHROOM BETTER. VERY ANNOYING WHEN I GET ROOM WITHOUT FRIDGE AND THERE IS NO ICE AVAILABLE!!!.

Paint peeling off the tub, remotes didn't work, pictures didn't look like the room, hard bed on tin metal frame that made a drum sound if you bumped it, 2 towels for 3 people and nothing to step out of the shower onto other than laminate floor, ice machine didn't work and the only coffee was in the office

This hotel should not be available on pages like Expedia or booking, as well as we arrived we left, the rooms dirty both the bathroom and the bed and the floor, outside the room dirty and in addition to that on the page it said with breakfast included and the only thing that included was a cup of coffee, we checked in at approximately 11 and left at 12 in the morning, our room was 211, I hope you can give me a refund since we did not stay 3 hours in that room

the location is in a scary area, we looked on yelp apparently someone got murdered there. Our faucet was leaky, the TV did not work, and the overall area seemed smooshed.

My wife and I shared a deluxe kings room smoke free. Sadly tendents beforehand did not follow the smoke free policy. The smell was bold to say the least. The sneezing was horid. Toppling with the pet dandruff it was overwhelming. The bed left knots in my neck and back, not sure if it were the pillows or the bed itself. There were significant stains on the bed and sheets. The walls were thin enough to hear others televisions, pets i.e. dogs barking. And some "pounding" if you can catch my drift. The water pressure was good, shower was very small though. There was a 1" 1/2 gap under the front door enough for bugs to get in easily. The room was very warm if the ac wasnt blasting. All in all wouldnt recommend to my friends and family. Maybe my enemies though.

our room door had problems to open everytime we swipe the card it wouldn’t turn green just red that was so annoying they gave us new cards n it didn’t make a difference the room was not that clean the shower head didnot work properly when you turn it on the water was coming out of all sides hitting the celling the side walls etc.. we had to put a small towel over the shower head in order to use so the water wouldn’t spread everywhere i would not be coming here again

Super nice staff making the best of a lousy situation

Rooms need some work, they are pretty run down. Sadly it doesn’t seem safe here as well. Staff was very nice though.

Front desk staff was excellent. Room was comfortable and cool. The floor looked and felt clean but got our feet dirty without shoes. Could use some remodeling soon.

They need help, room had bugs, water coming from sink pipes, and no one can to see about it.

Property is visibly old but clean. AC worked well, pool was nicely kept, and stay was very quiet and restful.

Sheets and blankets had stains and clearly had not been washed or changed. Toilet seat had urine on it.

Everyone working there is friendly and helpful. They fix issues immediately.

The room was clean, relatively quiet, not too crowded, service friendly, I would recommend it. Just don't let your phone die because theirs doesn't work and bring a hair dryer because that didn't work either. Otherwise, overall good.👍

I honestly wish I would have taken photos. My wife and I booked to stay here from the 4th - 7th but ended up leaving on the 6th because I couldn’t take it anymore. First off we drove for literally 10+ hours for what we thought would be a nice vacation from Cincinnati. First when we got there none of the rooms were ready (check in was at 3 we arrived after 4). 2 other groups where there waiting as well. When we finally did get our room my wife almost dislocated her should trying to get the door open. When we did make it in the room the odor alone almost took us out. The bed sheets had medical tape all on them, the bathroom needed help tremendously, the toilet wouldn’t flush the shower ceiling was about to cave in from water damage. The floors needed to be gutted and replaced. I refused to walk without shoes on. I ended up taking the towels and using them to stand on with flip flops on to take a shower. Another towel was used to sit on in the chair. There was no fridge or microwave. I went to Walmart and spent over $100 in bedding and supplies just to be partially comfortable and try to sike my mind into thinking the room was mediocre. It didn’t work I couldn’t take it anymore and checked out a day earlier. Unfortunately the hotel also refuses to give a refund for the day we didn’t even stay. So now technically I am out of $297 for the day we didn’t use and the stuff I had to purchase to clean the room.
