My only problem was being charged for valet parking after I checked out and returned home. I was fully refunded but it shouldn’t have happened. I had a rental car and parked it myself. I don’t know why anyone would be charging for service not rendered especially after I had already checked out. I was told it was glitch and perhaps it was but it needs to be fixed. Otherwise I truly enjoyed my stay! Beds are extremely comfortable.

We really like the location as it was fairly decent walking distance to the beach and amazing food truck park. Plus having onsite parking was key. Room and facilities were overall nice even with things being under construction. I anticipate once things are done it will be really nice. Definitely felt we got our money's worth on our stay.

The hotel was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was easy. And it was close to so much in Kihei. The beach and shops were walking distance if you like to walk.

This hotel was very accommodating! It had everything a family or couple could want for an exceptional vacation. The rooms are beautifully designed and well designed with great views of the pool area. Staff are the sweetest people ever and they will always be there to support you in any way possible.

I loved our stay here! We stayed in the Kai Towers, their newer building, and the rooms were beautiful, modern and clean. Service was great. Pool and hot tub was great. No complaints!

Maui Coast Hotel is very clean and well located. It’s extremely closed to beaches and businesses.
Our building and room are newly renovated. We are very happy with our room which is very spacious, well designed, and has a lot of storage spaces.

My wife and I had a great time in Maui. We stayed at the Maui coast hotel and we accepted an upgrade but the upgrade came with a view of the backside of the parking lot. The desk clerk said we said if we wanted a view of the ocean that was even more of an upgrade cost. I thought it was odd mainly cause my email offered me the same deal for less and when I told the clerk he could not honor that deal.
For the most part the hotel was nice and the staff was great.
I am not a big fan of being over charged and then feeling like we’re downgraded instead of upgraded.
Lastly Parking is almost impossible with the tiny spaces available. Several big vehicles take up multiple spots so parking became a massive issue during the stay.
The next time we come it will unlikely be the Maui Coast Hotel.

Great location and clean. We were there to play Golf and would have to check out before returning from the round. Hotel has a “Hospitality Suite” (locker room) that we were able to use to shower after the round. Very convenient.

Maui Coast checked all our boxes! We would definitely stay again. We were in the newest addition and it was so nice! Loved our morning coffee on the balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean, yummy breakfast in the restaurant out front, live music at the pool each night, gorgeous clean pools, bikes to ride around the area…don’t even have to leave the property unless we wanted to. Thanks for taking good care of us, Maui Coast!

Highly recommend this property if you’re planning a trip to Maui. The service was impeccable and the staffs were all friendly. The hotel provides a free shuttle from 7am-9pm, offers onsite laundry services, and has large rooms as well as a great pool area.

Great property with clean and modern rooms. The breakfast spot was good with comparably cheaper prices for Maui. Parking was easy. Would stay again. However, there are loose grates/man-hole-covers in the parking lot that make a ton of noise when cars drive over them. Luckily the cars stop passing by at around 10pm but it would be nice if they secured those. We stayed right by it on the first floor.

This is by far the most beautiful and reasonable hotel to stay, not one thing remotely wrong! Everyone should stay here in my opinion, I have been to Maui many times and I will stay here from now on! Get the new tower rooms! The restaurant was delicious, the Cinnamon Rolls are fantastic! Cool breeze and everything was good!!!

Our. Room bathroom had to fixed for light flashing, asking for toilet paper, one day they not gave 2 bottles of water. We went to the pool no one comes to you if you need something just pass bay...

Love the van option to get around when needed. The only downfall is the check in service. When you fly in and you can't help the time of arrival, we hope a room would be ready and a hospitality room is a bathroom, so that was rude and misleading. 2 o'clock or 3, rooms should be ready.

Everything was in brand new condition. Sparkling clean and sleek updated design. Super comfortable beds. I wanted to steal all the pillows! Walking distance to great casual dining, park and beach. I would definitely recommend!

The bathroom was awful!! The shower almost didn’t work- no space. The ceiling fan was broken. It was like we stayed at a hotel back in 1980s.
They show photos only from the new building probably- but there is also the old one. And we paid almost 300$ per night!!!
