I had a 6 hour layover in Denver and just needed. Place to sleep and regroup after a long flight home from Italy. Arrived late and was greeted with my room ready to go. Comfortable and clean unit. Shuttle returned me to DIA on time.

Excellent economical hotel for near airport stays. The building and room was very clean and the service excellent. I had to depart for the airport at 4AM, but they had prepared a grab-and-go bag breakfast for me before I boarded the free airport shuttle. Recommended.

Overall. The staff was great, but a demand front desk clerk waned to charge me for bottled water ( on a 5 night stay!?

We stayed at this Hampton Inn as a central location for visiting several sites in Colorado. We stayed for four nights. Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and had a pleasant stay.

The staff was amazing. We were traveling internationally when my son became very ill and we had to stay in Denver. That went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Standard Hampton Inn which we always like. We did report a leak on the ceiling of the shower that they will investigate. The website should say that there is a charge for parking which is not included in the room rate. We have never run into a parking charge at a Hampton Inn unless it is a parking garage or in a historic district. Wide open areas with numerous other hotels around makes this hidden parking fee not a pleasant surprise.

Love love LOVE the 12 pm/noon check out but being charged $12/day to park my own vehicle is absurd. Also, please extend breakfast or offer convenience foods.

Good clean hotel. Everything was in working order in our room. We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel and our room was equipped with everything we needed. All of the staff from front desk to housekeeping to shuttle drivers were all very polite and helpful and attentive offering us great tips on activities and transportation and made our stay great.

It was a welcome respite from driving! Clean, smelled fresh - and the decor was clearly new.
However, the toilet tank was very very slow to fill and therefore it was painstakingly slow to finish the flush cycle -making a second flush.
A minor detail but one that should be attended to.

Our room didn’t get clean first night and the driver we had to go to the airport Saturday morning and Sunday at 3:30am was horrible. Almost killed us Sunday morning.

It was ok. Average hotel for average price. Problem is they come are at 9 am pounding on the door looking for rooms to clean. They come back every 30 minutes. Check out isnt until noon.

Hotel room clean & comfortable but airport shuttle a JOKE. It goes to the airport and dumps all passengers at 1st available curb. In my case, not even correct terminal. I needed a wheelchair and was forced to drag myself and baggage across full length and width of Denver airport. The driver said it would take him 10 minutes to go to correct terminal and threw my bags out. NEVER USE HAMPTON INN. I could have stayed in a dozen other hotels for less and at least gone to the correct terminal. No disclosure from Hampton Inn that "shuttle" means dump and run. Had my husband been with me, this insufferable indifference would have killed him. In my case, it just took 30 minutes until I could breathe again. Shame on Hilton for disregarding and disrespecting guests and failing to monitor irs 3rd party vendors. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY.

We were only here one night but it was convenient, comfortable, safe, and staff was very friendly- even offering a wake up call as soon as he heard us talking about our early flight. I would definitely stay here again!

Close to Denver Airport. Good rooms. No restaurant. Call hotel for shuttle bus. Reception very helpful.

Chose this place in order to take advantage of the airport shuttle. Shuttle never arrived for pick up, in spite of waiting over an hour. Shuttle never arrived for departure back to the airport the next morning. Hotel lost electricity for a half hour around 6 pm. In all these cases, when seeking help from the front desk, was brushed off and treated rudely. No one wanted to take any responsibility for anything , and no apologies were offered. My only assumption is that because it is an airport hotel, they could care less about repeat service.

I got stuck on the elevator when the power went out and we were not told what to do when the fire alarm went off!

The staff was very friendly & welcoming. However, based on the ratings for this property, I was quite disappointed to find several areas of stained carpeting in our room. Not a great first impression, but especially embarrassed that I encouraged family to stay there, as well. PLEASE take time to address issues regarding carpet cleaning or replacing rooms with something more manageable/cost effective. Also, toilet would not stop running until you manually jiggled the handle after every flush. Cleanliness counts.
