Primary problem was that the property advertised an elevator and when we checked in with several pieces of luggage and asked about the elevator we were informed there was no elevator

We checked in late and when we got to our room it smelled terrible. The air conditioner was also not working. We opened the windows to air it out. We noticed there was a HUGE black mold problem through the room. This included the bathroom. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned behind at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. We checked out that same night and went to a different hotel. The property didn’t give offer another room or a refund. They also didn’t have enough washcloths or blankets for our room. When we asked for more we were told they were out.

Rooms were remodeled and clean but prefer carpet. Room was nicely sized but loud for this reason. Otherwise, decent hotel.

The room could have been cleaned better but overall was better than i expected. The staff was friendly

Was yelled by staff over cooking my waffle room was not ready when I showed up the room was not cleaned well ! Found blood stains on my blankets and there was never a single clean towel in the pool area

The accommodations were very good, there was 5 of us and the room we had was very nice and was large enough for all of us to feel comfortable..the pool area was kept very nice, as well as the pool itself, and Breakfast in the morning was way beyond what ive been served in other motels...The only issue i had was the mattress on the bed ,a bit uncomfortable for my liking, but the pillows were great not too firm and stiff...and the rooms coffee pot didnt work as it should, but since they served coffee in the morning that wasn't a big issue..The staff was pleasant and polite, i would definitely book there again if i were in the area...over all i would give it 8 out of 10 ...also convenient to most everything...

My vehicle broke down and I wasn't able to cancel my reservation. I was charged full price. Not fair in my opinion.

Great rooms and facility

From the moment we walked through the lobby door, we could smell cigarettes. The woman at the front was not helpful. We were 40 minutes early to check in, there were no rooms ready. We had all of our bags and wasn’t sure what to do. She had no recommendations as to where to go, offer us a coffee/water, hold our bags. We ended up going across the street for an appetizer and drink at Logan’s. They were great! Once we got to our room. It had a very strong smell of urine. We had an outside “patio” which was unkempt. Grass was very high with cigarette butts and beer cans on the ground. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I liked everything

Good breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The bathroom door can't be shut all the way or you will get stuck in there. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. It was very run down.

"Book now pay when you arrive" is not policy at this location "card information need to complete booking but will not be charged until check in and other form of payment may be used" is also not this locations policy. "this is expedia offering what ever they can to sell rooms" (location staff) This location processed a charge for the whole amount on the morning of our reservation, processed the card I actually wanted the charge on and informed me that the hold should drop off in a couple days. Luck me temporarily pay double for a couple days on a family road trip.

Everything was perfect except for the bed matress that was to soft.

Husband and I planned a nice fry away for our anniversary weekend. We based our reservation on the reviews. Our room smelt musty and was very damp with excess moisture. I use a CPAP machine to help at night. The moisture in the room produced more moisture in my machine-causing me to wake up several times in the night feeling of drowning. I’m not one to ever complain and felt to deal with things. We looked forward to the get away. In addition to how our room was, the bathroom had dust in the corners, the counter around the sink was not wiped clean from previous guests, the toilet bowl had a film around it. We spent a good amount of money to stay two nights and feel we have had far better experiences in other hotels for much less than what we paid. I sent a direct message to the hotel manager with my concerns; in hopes to be reimbursed for these substandard experience. I was hoping to rectify this situation and make them aware of how their facility presented. She did not respond at all. I just wanted to bring this situation to their attention hoping improvements can be made for future guests to have a better experience than what we had. I sent a message twice, to follow up, and again, no response back. I do not recommend this hotel for future guests looking.

Correct

The only thing we did not enjoy was the pool! Definitely was not a heated pool and looked dirty. Breakfast was amazing and the room was also great! Would stay again if the pool was nicer.

I liked that they gave me a one day credit due to very poor room service, and nothing could be done since everyone in services leaves at 5pm.i.e. dirty towels left on bathroom floor, trash cans not emptied, beds unmade, and clean towels for next morning only available from pool area at 10pm. They also allowed me to cancel the next nights stay. Breakfast area very crowded but food was fine. They were fair with Master Card credits but I would have preferred staying with the expected room services that were not provided. I will not return or recommend this Best Western Plus hotel.

Staff was friendly. Grandchildren loved the breakfast buffet and pool

This is a very convenient area for this property and my boyfriend and I enjoyed our 2 night stay! The breakfast was a major plus and the pool was nice.

Extremely polite and helpful staff

when we arrived, check-in time was 3pm. I showed up at 2:30pm and they told me to come back at 3pm (never had that happen before). Also, when we got into our room, it wasn’t even clean, bathroom was all dirty, crumbs all over the beds…

Older hotel but clean and staff was very nice. Nice location as well.

The staff was super friendly, the hotel itself had everything we needed. The breakfast was great and of course the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Location was perfect and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We found our new Hampton home.

The breakfast was great. However the room was dirty it looked like the rugs haven't been vacuumed in a long time. The box spring was stained and tur torn which made me check for bed bugs. The whole room just felt dirty

I absolutely LOVED the manager Miley shes super super nice and overall the staff were really nice. Breakfast was good i like the different options they have. Very convenient to Hampton beach, York Beach in Maine

The food at the breakfast was excellent and nothing was missing. The service was geat and fast.
