Very well located, close to Victoria station. Very quiet street, safe neighbourhood, close to many attractions. Small but cosey rooms and comfortable bed. Would definitely return.

Quirky little boutique hotel. I loved that I had a bathroom with bath AND separate shower. The bed and pillows were really really comfortable. Perfect air conditioning, the temperature was easily adjusted and kept me just right. I heard some creaking then realised it was the staircase above my room to go to another room’s bathroom (panic over). Definitely would stay again!

The hotel is in a very nice area. Close to a lot of sites to see as well as a large tube/train station. Very walkable.

Loved our stay at Tophams. We loved the room we had. I shared it with my daughter and it was perfect. We had a little garden with the room and a nice closet and relatively roomy bathroom. Continental breakfast reakfast was great and the breakfast staff were really wonderful and remembered I like decaf lattes each morning. :). Amazing location as well!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and so comfortable. We enjoyed the great water pressure in the spacious shower. It was interesting that Ian Flemimg was born in the house next door! It was so convenient to have Victoria station so close to the hotel.

The location is close to Victoria Station, a short walk to Buckingham Palace and many cute restaurants. We had breakfast at The Buttery a few steps from our hotel. The room is small but the bed and pillows are comfortable. Very clean room and a wonderful staff.

I had reserved (and paid for) a deluxe double room, in spite of which we have been accommodated in a standard double room, in fact the very type of room used to advertise the standard double rooms on the hotel's website. When raising the issue we were advised the manager would address the issue, but we were never contacted by anyone. I believe you should get what you pay for.

A lovely hotel in a quiet location, with upmarket pubs/coffee shops/restaurants on your doorstep with all transport within easy reach. Very polite helpful staff and a lovely bar/lounge/restaurant area. Would recommend!

It was perfectly located to walk to Buckingham Palace and St. Jame's Park, Big Ben and Westminster. Close to Victoria Station. Great spot!!

This was my first time to London so I’m not sure what standards are here. The room was very clean but tiny. Only a twin bed and barely enough room to open my suitcase. I could hear doors closing a lot and the elevator does not go to every floor so carrying luggage up stairs was tough bye to the small spaces. It was a cute place though and in a great location. I would probably stay here again.

Great location

The room was clean and well kept, but extremely small. There were no drawers for storing clothes from suite cases. There was hardly any room to walk around the bed which took up most of the room. The room size was just OK for 1 person staying for 1 night, but totally inadequate for 2 people for 4 nights. The HVAC was not working when we arrived on Saturday. The front desk said that I could not be fixed until Monday. It was not fixed until Tuesday; no explanation or apology was given . The shower was not working. That was reported on Saturday but never fixed. They apparently forgot about it. I will never stay at the Topham again. I don’t suggest that you do either.

We loved the location. Staff exceptional. However, the bed was very uncomfortable as well as the pillows.

The Continental breakfast was a super value and staff at desk and in front room were exceptionally caring and helpful Letting people understand air conditioning at checkin would be helpful!

Loved our comfy stay in this charming hotel which was in an incredible location. We loved being so close to Victoria Station. We’d definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.
