We quit staying here several years ago after a couple of bad stays. We tried again this past Easter, and this weekend, and we'll be back. The building is clean, staff are friendly and welcoming, beds are comfortable. The owners or managers now obviously are more involved, this weekend they were doing exterior painting. Give it a try, for the price you won't go wrong.

Clean, friendly and inexpensive. All you are looking for to get a good nights sleep and not spend a lot of money.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice but the room was gross. It had a very strong mildew smell, lots of things were broken or cracked, and the bed sheets had large stains all over them. If I’d had another choice, I wouldn’t have stayed there.

There were dogs barking all night. The breakfast was a joke. There was no fresh food only packaged. They did not even have any fruit. If you are diabetic there was nothing you could eat.

For $70 tax, it's what you should expect. But it's safe, the room was clean and everything worked properly. In a pinch, or when looking for something very affordable, it's a fine option.

There was no electricity to the building. First I couldn't find it. Then it took Hotels.com nearly 1 hour to find me anothwr accommodation. I got to bed at 2 am. The chat bot is worthless tried that for 20 minites first.

The power was out so no cooling or fan or lights. The bathroom fan did not work. The shower curtain was full of mold. I could not wait to get out of there.

Beds are hard as a rock, room is poorly cleaned, theres hair in the layers of the blankets. No bedbugs. Bathtub was scary, pictures attached. Its litetally peeling paint. I'll never stay at this place again. Breakfast is your choice of 2 cereals and coffee. Room doors slammed constantly, there needs to be some kind of bumper to help the noise, no sleep for us sadly!

Convenient location. Unfortunately the rooms and bathrooms are outdated and are showing their age.

An older property and furnishings but very clean. Breakfast was minimal and all sugar (think Little Debbie’s) and cereal. Best night sleep though with constant fan setting and blackout curtains. Great for the price!

We only stayed one of the two nights because we woke up to discover bed bugs and bites. However, what made it worse was the front desk staff when we informed them. He dismissed our concerns, made us feel like it was our fault “they probably came in on your bags”, and was so defensive it made us feel unseen “no one’s complained before you, so it must not be us.” To boot, when I asked for an invoice or any documentation he could provide for proof of staying, he said “there’s nothing I can provide since you booked through Expedia”. Poor conditions sometimes happen. I get it. But horrible customer service is a choice.

Front desk was pleasant. Room was clean and the shower was nice and hot. Not many choices for "breakfast" (fruit and cereal) but the coffee was good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was not the Taj Mahal, but it was clean and comfortable. I liked being on the first floor with easy access to my vehicle.

The breakfast was just cereal & a community gallon of milk. The room look like they haven’t been updated since the property was built. The staff was great & delivered on everything we asked for.

What I liked was that It was available when I booked to chase the 2024 eclipse. What I didn't like was paying billions of dollars for a super 8 motel room that probably would have cost pennies any other day. 🌘

We had quit staying here when the property deteriorated so much that it was unacceptable. After reading some recent reviews that expressed that improvements were being made, we decided to try again. It was a good choice. It was clean, staff was very friendly, and the bed was better than the one at home. Very limited breakfast, but for a lot less than you save by staying here there are several fast food choices nearby, and a Subway and Dunkin right out the back door. For a place to sleep that was safe, clean and quiet, it works.

Staff strange and confrontational. The called the cops because the window was open. My friend sharing the room with was fixing it for them. Weirdest hotel stay ever. Staff brought 3 guys to the room to intimidate us. So ill never stay at one of these chains again

Quite clean and cozy, very nice staff.. Non-smoking areas still smelled like smoke, though. And parking was a pain.

It's a great little hotel. Clean and tucked away in a little shopping area. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Check-in was easy. The room was small and a bit crowded with two beds but adequate. Tub faucet leaked. Overall was an OK stay.

This was my second stay at this hotel and it was exactly the same as before. Excellent value for the money. It is an older facility, but the staff more than makes up for it with their hard work. The entire facility is EXTREMELY clean. Will gladly stay here again the next time I am in town.
