Super awesome stayed for 3 nights at a Hilton Doubletree down the street and it sucked while the Hampton Inn was miles ahead of the doubletree.

It was an amazing experience for such a good price. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Disappointed!! had to have key cards replaced 4 times, my wife was bitten by gnats, phone not operational in room causing me to ho down 14 floors to see clerk at front desk. We did discuss these issues with the staff

The access to the pet area outside gets locked with the poors. Theres no access ro or from it. The public access outside the gate as well as the hotel next door, is kinda sketchy!

The hotel took dogs, which was great!! While there for 6 days, I never heard or saw a vacuum cleaner being used. With dogs and sand from the beach, things could have been cleaner.

Big water Bugs in Room and on Balcony went tried to call down to desk 340am in morning from my cell phone ( Room doesn't have Phone to call front desk) Phone kept hanging up hand to get up and go down stairs from 14 floor Front desk said they dont have any spray and they couldn't help with that ... Queen bed room TV didn't work .... Front desk check in was great .

My husband and I had a great time and enjoys our stay. We found Anas, (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) a wonderful and professional young man and very helpful with our stay.

The ability to bring our dogs.

Paid extra for balcony ocean front room checking into the room. They had no balcony rooms left. Could not get a refund for the difference.

Standard room. It was okay. Found an old band aid by the bed and one thing I didn’t like is that you had to go around the hotel to get to the beach. The pathway behind the hotel was closed with the pool hours. The food by the pool wasn’t the greatest.

We had a great time. Clean rooms, helpful front desk team, quiet area, easy beach access and lots of pool options on the property.

We stayed for 5 days impressed at the cleanliness overall especially with the size of it. Breakfast was good nice not to have to go out of the hotel for breakfast. One thing I would like to see in all hotels is two suit case stands.

The hotel has some nice amenities but needs some upgrades. The shower rods had rust on them. the bathroom door badly needs sanding and painting. $60 for parking in the Hampton parking garage is excessive - it should be free. The various pools are nice but need more regular cleaning as they had dirt in the bottom. The beds were comfortable, although a bit soft (personal preference). The rooms were quiet. Breakfast was good, although they ran low on basics like coffee the first 2 days and ran out of oatmeal 3 out of 4 days. The wi-fi was spotty at best when outdoors near the pools. We would go again as the rooms were clean and all the linens were clean. Overall need some upgrades.

The fire alarm kept going off, kept telling us it was a malfunction, after the third time we didn't evacuate. Was nice and relaxing down by the pool/beach. The fish taco's were amazing @ the Reel....(taco Tuesday) Would stay here again.

The pools water were very cold

We enjoyed our time there, loved the ocean view. Loved the walk ability to the beach and main attractions. Staff was great.

This was absolutely an amazing stay. People were, the best! I mean from the sign in, to the sign out.The room, the view, the location, the beach and the food, it was all perfect. I have stayed at Hampton Inns all across the USA but this was the best, hands down!

For the size and business of the property, the elevators were never crowded or slow. Breakfast was great. Parking was always easy and safe. Lots of beautiful spaces. Outdoor or covered pool-fun galore. I could tell the friendly horticulturist even loves it there!

Great experience, loved the hotel! However, I think it should be listed on here that parking is not free at the hotel. Other than that, I had no qualms.

A few things happened, but the mgr tried to make it right with a credit back to my card. I thought that was nice. I will still go back again

Very clean room, excellent breakfast and right on the beach!

We arrived in the evening, the kindest lady Tristin helped us to check in. She gave us nice big room to accommodate my family. She was so professional and beautiful. The hotel is right by the Beach over the hotel is nice the staff all are helpful and friendly . Nearby restaurant Villa Roman Italian is the one of the best. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was okay, family friendly. There are a series of pools and kid area. We were pleasantly surprised with that. However, our room's ceiling was covered in mold. The carpet was clearly wet. And the bedding was damp. Yes, humidity can cause this, but this was more than humidity and lacked maintenance. Our door was also broken/misaligned, and we had to break in/out each time we opened it. The door draft strip was broken and you could see right out into the hallway or could look in. We stuck a towel down when we were in the room. The hotel staff was polite and said they'd address it. We were only staying two days. If we were there longer, we would have insisted on a different room. We had family staying in other rooms that had similar complaints though, so I'm not sure a different room would have corrected the mold issue.

During our 3 night stay, the bed sheets wasn't changed, and our room wasn't cleaned.

We transferred to the Hampton Inn after a night in an AWFUL hotel down the street. It was a pleasant relief and saved our vacation. I only rate it a 4 because it was tough to get the every other day cleaning, however every request I made was immediately handled. They could not fix the dishwasher and some small roaches appeared here & there but that’s to be expected in the south. They did come spray for us promptly. The Reel restaurant was DELICIOUS. The breakfast was just okay, not enough variety in my opinion. Staff was friendly but often unprofessional. Overall we had a decent experience, the pools were great for our kids, not too crazy but plenty for them to keep busy. Would have liked to see the pool area be cleaned up more often and some music. The outside food truck was great too! Overall for the money I think they could make some improvements but we were pleasantly surprised after the last place.
