Perfect accomidation. Friendly people. Overall nice experience.

loved the balcony with view, LOVED the breakfast buffet and ability to eat it outside on the restaurant patio, loved the rooftop pool, wish i got to use it more than the one time before we left, and loved our room and yoga mats, bathrobes and slippers were all a nice touch. one thing i would change is cheaper parking on premise.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff at check in were so helpful and friendly and the domestics/cleaners were fabulous. Fresh towels, cleaned room and made bed every morning. The poor bar and pool was lovely and the prices of food and drink were affordable for ibiza prices!

Hotel location superb - beach front. Breakfast - big choice - good food. Decor and vibe good. Things not so good: paying for sunbeds daily is rubbish for an already expensive hotel, paying for parking, fridges in bedrooms not cold, air con very weak, rooms not tidied brilliantly (glasses not being washed) and shampoos not being topped up. So all in all - quite expensive for what it is - would give it a 3 out of 5.

Nice hotel in a good location, close to everything but also far enough away to not be disturbed Melia quality of breakfast is there in abundance - always fantastic Rooms are nicely presented, although my twin beds weren’t locked together so the make-shift double wasn’t really a double (expect better from Melia) The hotel in general is in good condition although the lifts need some attention Lovely staff and fantastic rooftop pool though, so for a few days I would definitely recommend

Booked a sea view room… it was a good size and clean. Roof top bar good space and away from families by the pool. I think the hotel is better suited to families than friends / singles holidays.

Was amazing from the check in to check out the buffet was amazing and pool area was very nice 3 things I believe need work on are the rooms personally there’s not much space to hang clothes and hardly any room for suitcase very basic The air conditioning in rooms hardly work as well as the fridge People that aren’t staying at the hotel kept coming in using sun beds meaning we couldn’t get any and also sun beds having towels on and not being used for more then 2 hours

Stayed for 11 nights, 6 with my kids and their friends and 5 nights with my brother. Everything was fantastic. Welcomed by the glamorous manager Cristina upon arrival and always checked in with us throughout our stay. Carla was outstanding in guest services and nothing was too much trouble for her. Marina on reception and another male colleague were always very helpful. All the Chickeria restaurant and Rooftop 9 waitresses were very efficient and always service with a smile. The food was great and the setting and facilities (room included) were excellent. All in all it was a fantastic holiday and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. We can’t recommend it enough and we will be back again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel looks great inside which has a rooftop bar and pool with amazing views looking over Ibiza. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. My flight was cancelled last minute and they helped me find a room when none were available to book online. Thanks

Great hotel, loved the arty vibe and roof top bar and pool. Rooms could have been a bit cleaner, seemed like they needed a bit of a deep clean. Loved the breakfast. Nice hotel with real variety of guests.

Loved the rooftop pool and atmosphere there and the beach being located right next to the hotel was great!! All the staff where happy and really helpful!

Amazing stay! The rooftop pool was awesome. We were a bit disappointed with the downstairs pool as it could be spiced up a little to make it more welcoming and appealing. Nonetheless, we were happy to stay in the rooftop. Hotel vibes are very good, taxi situation disappointing but not the hotels fault. Overall, a great stay!

The Hotel and staff are amazing!! The room is a little smaller then i am use to, but it was ok, because the Hotel accommodations and fantastic staff made up for it. I would goto this hotel again in a heartbeat!!

Great hotel, very modern and clean, amazing views. Good breakfast buffet. Rooftop pool/bar excellent, great music and chilled vibe. Only downside are the beds, two single mattresses put together, uncomfortable at that- you can feel the springs coming through.

The hotel was very relaxed and our room was lovely. The breakfast was amazing and the bars were great, I’d definitely come back here.

Beautiful property with walk out beach entrance. The beach is public, and you need to pay 10 euros for beach chairs, so this was deceiving. Poolside chairs are full very early in the morning. Clean rooms, spacious areas and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again!

Pictures were accurate but would not rate this a 4 star. It is a 3 star at best. Third bed in room was just a convertible chair, not even a real cot. Not very comfy. A/C and ventilation in room was very poor and non existent in bathroom. Made for a very stuffy room and impossible to get ready without breaking out in a sweat. Housekeeping was not great. If you left item on bed forget about getting your bed made. Trash was not emptied, floor not swept, empty water bottles were left. Rooftop was beautiful but pretty empty in the evenings. Went for an early evening cocktail and sat at the bar. Got first one fairly quickly but when we were ready for another we tried several times to get someone’s attention, after about 10-15 minutes we gave up and left. I think we were the only ones sitting at the bar. The breakfast buffet was actually very good. Loads of selection and well stocked.

Hotel management should stay true to their word when they promised to fix an issue the caused. And please fix the phone in the room so that guest don’t have to keep going back and forth to get service and to resolve issues. Very disappointed with management very happy with food service staff in the comedor.

Lovely hotel breakfast was very good, air conditioning very poor didn't go cold enough and rooms not very big when 3 in a room . Great views and cocktails on rooftop. Not enough sunbeds by pool but great DJ

Staff extremely rude during check in and check out. Not very friendly towards American guest. The breakfast food was the same every day with no variety. The crowd here was not what I was expecting and overall hotel felt very dirty and rundown. AC hardly worked and the room was barely cleaned every day (trash & hair still on the floor). The o my nice thing is obviously the rooftop pool and direct beach access. But again it’s a very distinct crowd and has a very dirty feel overall.

This place is amazing. The location was perfect, the room was spotless, the food was delicious, and the staff was so welcoming- we never wanted to leave.

We paid extra to get a sea room which was pictured on expedia. On arrival our view was someone’s apartment with their laundry hanging on a line drying. If I knew that was going to be my view I would have not paid extra and would have chosen a different hotel. Very disappointing. The hotel said they could not do anything about it because it was expedia’s fault.

Hotel clean, comfortable and good value for money. Solid WiFi although sometimes it was necessary to re-logon to the system during our stay. Staff friendly and a terrific breakfast buffet.
