Clean, spacious, quiet and breakfast was excellent. Free parking was the cherry on top!

The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff was fantastic. I'd never been to Atlanta before, didn't know my way around, but they couldn't have been more helpful. They reflect so well on the company. I'd definitely come back, and would recommend without a second thought.

Quiet, extremely clean property with friendly, personable staff! There was even construction going on in the hotel during my stay and I barely noticed! Will be returning to this hotel any time I’m in the area.

I’m very picky with my hotels. And this location and hotel in a whole exceeded my expectations. Perfectly centrally located within close range of Braves Stadium. 15 minute drive tops to Mercedes Benz and the heart of Atlanta. Don’t hesitate to stay here! Water pressure is also amazing. Pressure washer or shower I couldn’t tell and I loved it so much.

Enjoyed everything for the most part. However, we booked a suite and the room did not come with a microwave. The breakfast was good and the presentation of the layout was even better, but the pancakes and French toast were hard. I definitely will recommend staying there.

Hyatt breakfast option, but only 1 woking elevator and 1 microwave for the whole building to use. I love dogs, but I do not enjoy warming my food in the 1 elevator and then having to use the 1 elevator and people are exiting with their dogs and it stinks.

The check in was great, and the gentleman was very helpful. The room was great, and very spacious. The issue we had was at the bar/ restaurant Saturday night (11 pm). There was one young man obviously trying to do everything by himself with no help. When i say everything, he took our order, cooked the food himself, came back and got our drinks for us because the bar person never came, and apparently he was also supposed to man the front desk. We only know this because the assumed manager came around after about 30 minutes and proceeded to berate him in front of us. Another lady also showed up to "help". She couldn't even figure it how to punch in the order and walked off without saying anything. When we asked her if we were finished she said she needed to get a pen for the receipt then we could go. The manager never spoke to us at all. The young man that helped us did his best, and we have no issue with him. If the manager had an issue with him she should have taken it up with him away from customers, and she should have come and helped him herself if they were short staffed. Very unprofessional!

We stayed here for 3 nights to escape the storm damage in our town from Hurricane Helene. We were very comfortable, and the rates were more than reasonable. The hotel is a bit dated, but we didn’t care. Having hot water and AC was all we really needed. The staff was incredibly friendly.

It was good. I had been staying elsewhere because some of the gym equipment was broken so this is my first time back in a while. It is a good value for the money that checks the key boxes - comfortable bed, good shower, workout options, and lobby bar / breakfast. Having tried some other options in the area there are certainly worse options.

Everything was excellent. I would come back to stay again.

The room was spacious and clean, housekeeping did a great job refreshing our towels daily. Breakfast was nice and had a wide selection. The area was walkable to shopping and restaurants. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed, if I knew this in advance we would have chosen a different hotel.

Hotel was in great proximity to Truist Park and an easy 10-15 minute walk. That’s why we chose it and we all agreed (6 adults, 3 rooms) that we’d stay again! The rooms were clean, cold, extremely well kept, and even smelled good! Everyone we interacted with was pleasant, though we didn’t need much (we were only there 1 night). The only bit of feedback would be the bathroom size - at least in the King rooms, which we each had. They were beyond tiny, like an afterthought! Also, the sink/mirror is outside of the shower/toilet space and so something to consider if with multiple guests, as the light would have to be on in the room if someone is up getting ready, etc. You cannot beat the free parking, free breakfast, and free WiFi that this hotel offers in the Battery area. Would recommend to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

There was a dog in the room across from us that would not stop barking every time anyone made a noise which went on until midnight.We reached out to the front desk several times. And they did nothing about it. Didn’t even offer for us to move rooms.Would not stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property while in town for a baseball game and we love it! It is within walking distance to the stadium, as well as dinner options other nights. It is a quick drive to anything you could need beyond what is close by. It is definitely THE hotel we will be staying at when visiting. The staff has always been helpful and courteous, especially this trip with a sick kid and having to get extra bedding multiple times.

Nice hotel, great value. As others have stated, the free breakfast was well above average, with oatmeal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, sausage or bacon, and french toast sticks or silver dollar pancakes every morning. Fitness center is 24/7 and has a Peloton bike, which is a fun addition to an otherwise standard (small room, treadmill, dumbells, one adjustable bench) hotel gym. 10 minute walk to the Battery (there are sidewalks), hotel could easily charge $20 for Braves parking. Only drawback was weak Wi-fi, which was still usable some of the time. Overall it’s a strong recommend.

Nice hotel for business travel. Really like the separate seating area in my room. Was able to work without feeling like I was in a bedroom. Gym was clean. I'm a "coffee snob" and really struggled with the in room and lobby offerings, however.

Great hotel at a solid price point… Bright spot was the breakfast buffet, definitely top shelf! We stayed here and walked to the stadium for a Braves game

Great stay

We stayed while going to a concert at Truist Park. It was about 15 minute walk. Wasnt bad at all. Beds were super comfortable. The ac worked so well. Kept the room like an ice box like we like. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Staff!! Clean rooms. Easy walk to The Battery and Braves baseball

We paid more than average of the area hotels, expecting nicer. The first night was extremely loud and hard to sleep all night. The room was not as nice as I thought but slightly above a basic room. The bathroom was just tiny. Just gettin inside and closing the door was very tight- did not like that. Overall, if you want above average but not crazy, find another spot. Wife and I wanted a bit better and got average.

Everything was fine, would stay here again!
