We had a lovely overnight here . Quiet location but not far from the city . Clean and comfortable

We had a great time at the crowne plaza. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed the pool and gym facilities.

From booking I made contact with Hotel regarding my son being in a disabled chair and looking to request a spacious family room. I was told this wasn't possible and got contacted a few days later to ask if I wanted to book a 2nd room for extra space after already paying £171 for a room only rate not including breakfast. I had multiple messages from the property throughout the week before my stay asking for payment the 2nd time and each time I had to ring to say the bill was already paid. If this wasn't a non-refundable booking I'd have cancelled and booked elsewhere as they were just so unhelpful and completely unprofessional even before we stayed. Once we arrived nearly 2 hours after check in they still weren't sure if our room was ready and they allocated us a room on the 2nd floor even after I stood at Reception and asked a few times for a ground floor room to make it easier for us. Once we got out of the lifts the carpet in the hallway was absolutely soaken, the place smelt like a sewer on the 2nd floor and the wheels of my sons chair, the suitcase and my other childs feet was soaken. We then went to the room and it was the smallest most squashed room we have ever stayed in. The bathroom was absolutely ridiculous how tiny it was. We then booked the pool and the changing facilities are absolutely disgusting. Later that night we took the kids to the playroom and the place was absolutely trashed, toys broken everywhere and the playhouse had the door snapped off. Never again

Would love to stay hear longer, the AC alone was worth it, the hotel was lovely and I had no issues with it at all.

Bathroom needs better ventilation. Gym should allow teens (13 )

We liked the above and the room was nice. Gym excellent. The male staff with dark hair who checked us in was excellent and the manager at the river bar (we discussed cake) was friendly and professional. Not like - some staff rude and not responsive, provided wrong information when asked about medical issues. Requested assistance to find a Dr and that we needed to be registered… so impossible to find. We easily found a private Dr. - carpet dirty in hall and we had to ask to be cleaned - showers def not hot enough and ridiculously complicated to use - very cold in lobby lounge area, not a warm atmosphere either… Thanks

When I checked in, I asked for a taxi to be booked for next morning and was told that would be done. It wasn't, so I was late for an important meeting.

Nice enough but quite expensive and distant from city centre. Excellent gym, sauna and steam. Pool ok but too shallow to swim properly.

Nice stay. Plenty of on site parking. Nice bar and restaurant(s). Large king size bed. What you would expect from a Crown Plaza hotel

Comfortable clean hotel on edge of Belfast. River walk into Belfast from just behind the hotel ( 3.5 miles )

Everyone was fantastic. The staff went up and beyond to assist our family. Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here before the got the ferry to Scotland. Lovely and clean with good dining options

The Hotel is in a good position and the staff are really lovely We had two nights in our room ... both nights we were woken up in teh early morning by noisy guests -4am first night and 1.30am the other . We told the hotel , we think they had a word but it continued . So two nights at the Cowne Plaza we left shattered . Not a great experience

Great hotel outside of city center. Staff were friendly and very professional.

Food was very good, room clean and hotel well maintained. Bar staff seem to be undermanned behind the bar as service was not good. Also, on checking out, I was quoted a higher price than booked on Hotels.com.

Lovely short stay here, it is a great base for Belfast and travelling around Northern Ireland. The rooms are very spacious, staff are great and breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Super hotel, great location for families. Excellent facilities too like the soft play room and the pool. You do need to book the pool. Naomi on check in was fantastic, very profession and friendly. In fact all staff were. Great food in the bar. Breakfast could've been warmer at the buffet in the morning. Unfortunately the changing rooms are not very appropriate for young children (no where to dress them privately? Staff in cleaning, Swim groups taking up the whole seats, literaly no where to change them except standing up?) I'd say this was the major downfall of the trip, as other people we freely and inappropriately getting dressed infront of children :( Couldn't use the family room,as only one. This issue needs looking into I'd say. Overall, super stay, great location and will be booking again!

Hard location to get to but lovely and safe hotel. Very comfortable and friendly staff. Pool is ok but no warm jacuzzi, only inside of the pool. Lovely sauna and steem room. Breakfast service was excellent.
