The staff were very helpful. A big thanks to April, Yogi and Miraj. Bed was comfy, spacious room,location 1min to restaurants, bars and 7-eleven shop. Buffet breakfast was good. Not much choice but enough for me. As long there are 🥞 and ☕, it is enough. I will definitely go back

The hotel itself was very comfortable and accommodated our toy size dog very well. The beds are comfortable but internet was slow in the evening when everyone was on it. The breakfast is very basic. All the food groups are there but not a big variety. I am not a fruit eater so I was disappointed their waffles were only strawberry flavor. What marred our trip was our Expedition was broken into. We do not keep valuables in the car and nothing was taken but we now have to replace the two passenger side windows. I guess you could say the rooms were quiet because we did not hear our car horn alarm. No other cars were damaged. We stayed here the previous weekend for one night and our tow ball was stolen. We won’t be staying here again. Any time you stay where your car is not secured we are at risk for this kind of thing to happen.

One employee was super nice, when I booked our stay Expedia had a sale for the wheelchair accessible rooms. She ended up giving us a much nicer room with no extra cost. However, when we decided to extend our stay by two nights, another employee tried to tell us they needed another deposit on top of the deposit we had already put down, but continued to keep the original deposit. As far as everything else, it was amazing and I will definitely be using this hotel again.

The staff were very pleasant. There was some maintenance so a bit of dust but it was explained. The AC was not working well but the staff quickly responded. Overall, very nice place to stay.

Unfortunately, we encountered several issues during our time there.
Firstly, there was a lack of hot water, which made for quite an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the bed and pillows were exceptionally hard, leading to a restless night's sleep.
Furthermore, the lack of creamer on our first day was disappointing, as we were unable to enjoy our morning coffee as we had hoped. The breakfast provided was also subpar, with the sausage appearing to be boiled and the eggs looking as though they had been microwaved.

No hot water I paid a 20.00 tip to the housekeeper to change towels empty trash and vacuum the carpet the carpet was not vacuumed. The staff was not friendly only stared.

The WiFi loses connection to the internet every few minutes for about 30 seconds. It’s not really usable. I have been staying here for years and it’s always been the same. Not a new issue, and not a big enough deal to stop me from coming back. Just wish they would fix it.

around 7am, house keeping came around 6pm. I had been gone the entire day and needed to rest so I turned them away. I stayed 3 nights without the room being cleaned/ restocked.
