For a cheap motel, it's pretty decent. Cookeville is pretty much a s**t hole, so there's no reason to pay for fancy hotel

Three words to describe my stay…old, outdated and dirty

The bathtub stopper was completely broken off. There was food in the containers left over from previous guest on the bathroom counter. The nightstand had something like ice cream melted and sticky all over it. With remnants of it in the floor as well. Thankfully, we only needed to sleep for a few hours and be on our way.

Nice place to spend the night.

The property has roaches. We found quite a few roaches and after leaving we found a roach in our vehicle. We will never stay at this hotel again.

WiFi was terrible to non existent. Coffee was terrible also.

The clerk was very friendly but the room was not good. There was water standing on the whole bathroom floor. I was given some cleaning rags to mop it up. Hole on top of window sill from leak from above, I found somewhere else to stay even though the room was already paid for.

No ice machine

ice machine was broken. It was behind the Cracker Barrell Restaurant.

My room smelled of Marijuana due to people next to me smoking kt obviously 24/7. The loudness around and above me was so overwhelming my pet couldnt even rest aside from me not even being able to! The beds were absolutely insane and when i say that i mean horrible! One seemed slept in. The shower sprayed like a broken spot spraying every where! No coffee pot in my room, the floors made my socks black! There was black hair every where and dirt. I borrowed a broom myself jist to sweep. My pet was getting trash from behind and under things, not to mention a needle in the yard next to pool my pet got in her mouth i had to take. I threw it behind the building and clearly you can tell its old but still it had a needle on it. I will never be back and i wish i had a refund to be honest.

Getting older but affordable and clean

There homeless people hanging around the area of the hotel. You could heard a lot of traffic coming in and out. It did settle down around 9 pm,

I will be staying here again. The location was very convenient to many dining and shopping options, price was super reasonable, the breakfast offered was just muffins and cereal but there is a cracker barrel right across the street. The room was made up well and staff was very friendly.

The personnel were exceptionally efficient and wonderful especially the daytime front desk clerk.

The floors were filthy. The shower was not clean. The bed felt like it would break when we sat down. The noise level was horrible!
