It was amazing, and the staff are friendly.

Amazing from start to finish i arrived to hotel after 10pm as flying from canada had a few bad problems getting back to England. Then transport was slow even though hotel a 5 mins drive from airport. When i got there lady at desk very kind and helpful even made me some chips . Had walk across road to get to room that looked like a chalet type. Horley town was just 15 mins walk so a great win win all round. Definately recommend hotel and is so easy to get to from south terminal.

Clean small single room with shower was good for 1 night rest before going to Gatwick. Staff lovely and helpful. The parking is very tight and when booking was not told you had to pay for the parking. This needs to be transparent when making a booking. It's only an extra £10 but an extra cost none the less. Apart from that all good.

perfect small hotel close to the airport, great for stay before or after the flight. I had morning flight, arrived at late evening and left next morning. Great place to be!

The Hotel was clean and tidy. The rooms were clean . The beds were very comfortable.
The Staff were most helpful in all aspects of transfer and assistance in us being able to get to the Airport and back again.

Their own free shuttle to and from London Gatwick was an EXCELLENT bonus! The turnaround was short, the drivers were kind, and I would stay again. Breakfast was good too!

Much cheaper than the on-site airport hotels, and you an rely on their shuttle, even at unholy hours. Pleasant enough rooms, restaurant OK if not superb

This property is really good value. The restaurant has a really good selection of freshly prepared foods and also good value. The access to the property is not very good when coming in by car as it is very tight to get in and out and very limited parking.

I was collected straight away from the airport by the friendly and helpful manager of the hotel. The reception and waiting staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. My room was quiet and comfortable. Very comfortable bed.

Its a decent place to stay but I felt overcharged for pickup and drop to Gatwick airport. This should have been offered as complimentary rather than being charged 12 GBP each way. I could have easily got an Uber for the same or even lower price without having to wait for the shuttle.

Very nice stay. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Facilities are dated but everything is in very good condition so it was not a problem. Very comfortable beds and rooms. Shuttle to airport was great. I would recommend a stay here especially if you need to be near Gatwick.

The bathroom within the room was dirty. The walls were paper thin, could everyone leaving/arriving to the property.
The double bed was 2 single beds put together but was rather uncomfortable.
Overall expensive for what you get.

We needed picked up at the train station and that was quick and easy 6 £. Only draw back was no lift, but the driver quickly took my bags upstairs. Place is very clean and updated .
Restaurant was nice.
Trip to airport the next day was quick and easy £12 per room.

The overall experience was pleasant, I was disappointed to find out about their sneaky parking charge of £9 when booking through a third-party platform. It would have been helpful if this fee was transparently communicated upfront. Other than that, the hotel offered a comfortable stay with okay amenities and courteous staff

This is a friendly clean and comfortable hotel which I use regularly when flying from Gatwick. the staff are helpful and always efficient with the shuttle service. I would highly recommend it.

This hotel is a little gem with shuttle service (fee) to Gatwick airport. It is winthin walking distance to pubs and shopping.
It has a little restaurant and bar on premisis.
Our fourth stay and will be back

A great little country pub (in the city). Small rooms, but effective. Friendly staff, good dinner, great breakfast, nice bar/lounge.
