From the moment we got there until the moment we left the staff made us feel at home. It was a wonderful hotel with fantastic food and drink options. We will definitely return.

We were upgraded to an all-inclusive option after we had issues with cleanliness and lack of attention to detail during our check in process. However, after staying in two other incredible hotels in Spain during this trip, we realized this is not a hotel we would recommend or stay in again.

Nice pool service and Beach access.

We paid extra for a panoramic sea view and our room was right next to a very noisy Taxi rank on the first floor. We reported a cockroach in the corridor near our room. Obviously they did nothing as it ended up in our room. Had to check all luggage before returning home. If you are looking for a quietish hotel then look elsewhere.

We had a fantastic stay. Every single member of staff were so friendly and welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing, so much choice and excellent quality. We paid extra for a junior suite with a jacuzzi, it was well worth it, with beautiful views, sun all day and large accommodation. We arrived by taxi which was around half an hour journey. The beach was a short walk down, beds €21. The waiters around the pool are very attentive and always ensured you were looked after, never left wanting a drink. The rooftop bar and pool had stunning views and was a more chilled out space than the main pool which had entertainment daily. This was the perfect place for our honeymoon, we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Was very clean, modern and luxurious. Bathrooms came with L’Occitane products as standard and the rooms were very clean and modern. There are 3 pool areas, a more lively area with music from around 3pm, the rooftop pool which turns turns into a rooftop bar in the evenings, and a quiet pool. There are also 4 dining options included with all inclusive - el Gaucho, Helios and the gourmet food truck which doubles as a snack bar during the day. The food at the standard buffet was amazing too, with small dishes being constantly freshly made throughout dining. The staff and waiters were also lovely. Only improvement would be around the waiting time for drinks and waiter service round the pool, it was difficult to get served at times but other than that a lovely stay. A far cry from the party side of Ibiza but easy to get to via taxi (c. 35 EUR) if that’s your thing.

The hotel room is small and there is absolutely no privacy as everything is in one room! Not ideal! For the extortionate price paid it was not worth it. The food choice was very limited albeit the quality of it was good. A late checkout was not given not even for an hour which was greatly disappointing.

Best experience in a hotel in Ibiza will be coming back again.

Excellent hotel would definitely recommend one of the best 5* I’ve been to. Strangely enough there is a lack of towel availability, but just meant you had to wait 15mins

Staff were amazing throughout, bedrooms were brilliant as was the bathroom. Roof top was brilliant for sunsets. Drinks and food selection was very good, and I thought the refillable glass bottle and water dispensers were a very good idea to reduce waste. Only issues were the minibar wasn't refilled once during a 7 night stay, and the shower cubicle would leak onto the outside floor. 3 pools ensured there was enough room, although there was a scarcity of towels during the afternoon.

Nice food was ok

Not 5* hotel, staff in buffet, al a crate very attentive, considerate and friendly. Mini bar only stocked every 3 days. Service at bar varied, especially if there was a person with a signature wrist band, little going on in the resort. Only 2 bars, no evening entertainment Some drinks not part of AI premium, room view v good, no turn down service, average cleaning in bedroom, despite the maid being tipped very generous.. for just shy of 3k for 5 nights for 3 adults x 1 room, very expensive had better accommodation and facilities in a 4* in canaries. Would not return to hotel or Ibiza.

Amazing stay. We stayed last year and it was definitely quieter. Such a good vibe and the pool in the afternoon always has entertainment (dj, dancers ect) the beach bar could do with a few more food options, felt like it was really limited. Sometimes you don’t always want to go to the Buffet style restaurant It would be good if the beach bar had more options. Other little niggle was I was trying to get in contact with the hotel before I was stay and I couldn’t find an email address anywhere and the ones I tried I had no response. That being said they made such a fuss of us for our anniversary, We had a bottle in the room with balloons and a chocolate cake. Such a lovely touch. It’s by far the best hotel in Ibiza for adults only and all inclusive. We will be back!

Beautiful surroundings, hotel overlooking the beach, very friendly hotel staff, spotless hotel, lovely staff in reception, bar, concierge, housekeeping, live dj every afternoon but also quiet pool available, food was very good, gym is small but nice, I will be coming back :) thank you so much for an amazing holiday

Really liked proximity to lovely little sandy beach. Also liked that there was a pool with quieter music. Rooms were very peaceful. Everything was super clean. Good food choices. The only niggle was that they didnt have enough bar staff. The bars got really busy & itcould take a while to get served. We felt really bad for the staff as you could see they were quite stressed.

It was nice, however service was very inconsistent. The restaurants were excellent and the room and facilities clean.

We really enjoyed our stay. One has to realize that the Ibiza island & hotel room therefore gets quite dusty. Room cleaning is not perfect at all. If you are allergic to dust you might experience issues. We complained 4 times to staff to clean our room from accumulated dust & even hairs in bed from previous guests. Finally manager took action as the staff at the front desk didn’t do anything. Overall, I recommend the property but make sure your expectations about what the clean room means are not too high.

I didn’t receive any of the benefits as a gold member and for an “all-inclusive” you have to pay for almost every single thing. Not the experience I thought I expected. Besides that, most of the staff was cool.
