The hotel breakfast is awesome! The hotel is close to downtown.

Came to Helena for a wedding, so happy with best western as our choice! Our room was nice and beds were very comfortable. Ate at silver star steakhouse it was some of the best food I’ve ever had! I had the shrimp and tenderloin bruschetta and clam chowder HIGHLY RECOMMEND, hotel staff was so friendly! Breakfast was clean and stocked well, had biscuits and gravy fresh fruit and yogurt was delicious, pool area was clean and stocked! Parking was great even though you are smack downtown. Lots of food and shopping to walk too. Overall a wonderful trip!

The property was very nicely laid out and the rooms were amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Nicest hotel room we stayed in on our trip out west. Wish we had more time to explore this cool town.

Perfect to visit our grandson at Carroll College and attend football games. Park and walk everywhere. Great steakhouse attached as well.

Incredible. The gardens outside of this hotel are beautiful and the steakhouse has incredible cocktails and food. The room was comfortable clean and relaxing.

The location of the property was great. The parking is in walkable distance from the hotel lobby. This hotel was considered a 4.5 star hotel without a bell service is a bit odd. The hallway lobby and the room smells like sweat. I think it's because of the shower curtain? We only stayed a night so I didn't made a fuss about it. I also didn't see that they have a restaurant in the hotel, though there's a room service menu in the room. Overall, it was a nice stay with just minor inconvenience.

This is a very nice Hotel and in a nice location. An item for improvement: At checkout I was told my receipt would be emailed. There has been no receipt emailed and I have no idea what I was charged. That is not acceptable.

So good we came back! Mo and Matthew at the front desk along with the others that we came in contact with were hands down the friendliest front desk staff I have ever met. This goes for ALL the staff from the kitchen to the room service. I will have no hesitation to stay there again if I'm in the Helena area. Fab, comfy rooms and great breakfast.

Finding the hotel was a little awkward, BUT that did not take away from our stay! Our room was perfect! Wished we could have stayed another night. Breakfast was average. The staff was helpful and nice. We plan to return for the holidays.
