Paid £131 for a one night stay. Quite small room. Generally quite run down and a bit shabby, paint spattered on toilet, curtains falling off and had holes in, stained carpets outside and inside room. Disappointed overall. Supposed to be returning for a wedding in a few weeks but looking to stay elsewhere now. Good enough for a place to sleep but nothing special.

Hotel is well situated and easy access in/out of Leeds, and parking at CitiPark Docks is discounted. Nice bars and eateries in the Brewery Wharf area with just a short walk into Leeds City centre itself. The Hotel is next to the Royal Armouries, shopsand cafes near to it too. But, our room wasnt great. grubby bathroom floor,sink and toilet area. Shower curtain an inch too short so water glowing onto flower when showering wasnt great. Toilet itself didnt at times...not pleasant. Small double bed was ok. The Hotel bar had no drinks on tap...just bottled, cans etc. Infact when buying a spirit and mixer we were given remains of an already half used opened bottle and another new one....but charged for 2, and it aint cheap! Staff were friendly, efficient....as expected really. Vonvenient hotel and average price range but needs a dptuce up in their rooms .

Good view during the day but a busy and loud bar right outside my bedroom window with music blaring until 2am!

The bathroom is long overdue maintenance. The shower pressure was abysmal and the shower curtain was not fit for purpose. The lighting was dreadful and the breakfast quality was poor.

We had a good overnight stay, will definitely return again if staying in Leeds. The only negative was that the coffee wasn't very good at breakfast.

Clean good rooms reasonable priced

I like this hotel. It is good value for money at, realistically, the lower end of the price range for hotels in Leeds. Friendly efficient service at reception, adequate rooms. The worst aspect of the hotel is breakfast. The food is just about adequate but the clearing of the tables is poor. On most occasions, one arrives at the dining area to find that dirty plates haven’t been cleared from a large number of tables and tables haven’t been cleaned and reset for a new customer.

Not so good, door key faulty. It took 20 minutes to get into our room. bathroom needs refurbishment chipped paint ceiling needs new plastering curtain fell down window sill painting cracked also hair in bathroom shower after wasn’t hot enough not enough choice in breakfast

stayed one night … not far from train station have stayed here b4 lovely room plenty of tea coffee and milk ..iron and board plus hairdryer is a bonus

It's was great the only thing is the parking situation is tricky as the don't have car park.

Closed bar area. Needs renovation. Problems with key system. Gym equipment needs service.

Great stay at this hotels. Super helpful check-in, I arrived before checkin was available, bag drop was simple and quick. I didn’t arrive back at the hotel till almost midnight and the evening check in team were super helpful & friendly. My room was on the 7th floor with fab views of the city. My room super clean and spacious, there was a double & 1 single bed. Plenty of tea, coffee & milk available, along with bottled water and a fridge. Super friendly staff and a great location for a day & a night out in Leeds. Super convenient

Every thing was excellent. Room spotless clean. Staff first class. Breakfast very good and good variety, reasonably priced and a nice atmosphere all round. Really enjoy it. Will be back again. Only one wee comment. 908 was a connecting room and people next door were quite loud. But overall excellent .

Nice room, good service just wrong that it is advertised on Hotels.com with parking available when there isn’t any. We had to park in multi storey about 15 minutes walk away, only spaces outside hotel are on the road paid, circa 15 spaces

Staff were so very kind and nothing was too much to ask. Emanual in the dining arra was very helpful. Shame the bar area is not in proper use as they had no cocktails but apart from the a beautiful hotel. Booked in agNextcweek!!

We arrived early, as my wife has to join a teams meeting which we couldn't do in the car, and we were allowed to check in early which was great, however the room we were given hadn't been fully serviced, with a full bin and an AA card left on the bed. I mentioned it to reception and they quickly moved us to another room which was perfect. The bar was closed, but we wouldn't have used it anyway so didn't affect us. We managed to park on the road opposite and payed by app, £8.25 for 24 hours which is quite reasonable for Leeds city.

Great value for money, I stay in lots of hotels and this can’t be beaten on price. Clean, quiet and safe

The hotel is incredibly dated. Whilst the location is fantastic for visiting the city centre. Since Tetleys brewe4y car park closed, parking can be a nightmare. The staff were friendly, but in general th4 hotel is in desperate neee of some tlc. The room has messages about being eco friendly; which is ironic as there are approximately 10 leaflets or signs printed out telling you generic information.
