everything was first class, professional staffing, clean great security. It was just a fun three days two nights.

I like most everything about the property with the exception of not having enough towels and not being able to get clean towels in a timely manner. At 1 point, housekeeping came in and halfway, made our bed. Left a roll of toilet paper on the toilet and picked up half a pile of dirty towels and left no other clean towels to replace the dirty ones. We were in room 30637.

We have stayed here before. This time the room wasn't as clean (Dust on the bathroom shelves) Bathroom door paint chipped in many places. The smell of weed coming from the room next door was a bit much. The smell of cigars/cigarettes thru out the casino. There is no way around that, you have to pass thru to get to other areas. And finally staff was great at the hotel, but when I called to add another two days because of bad weather and our flight being cancelled, they gave me a hard time. So we left that hotel and stayed somewhere else for the next two days. Outside area pool areas were well maintained.

When we arrived to check in On Monday we were un able to get a bell hop to assist us with our luggage. After hauling our luggage up to our room and arriving. Started to unpack. Had to use the restroom. Went into the bathroom. To find feces smeared all over the bathroom door. After trying to call the front desk to get somebody and no answer. I returned to the front desk to complain about the room. My first request was to queen size beds. They informed me they could not give us another room with two queen size beds but would update us to a king suite. At that time I was frustrated and tired. After hauling my luggage up. And now hauling my luggage back down to to the front desk so accepted the.room Now after getting the second room again attempting to get a bell hop to assist. Still could not get any assistance. So took it upon myself to grab one of their carts put our luggage on it and head to the room. After unloading it. I was kind enough to return the cart immediately back to the Bell area. I made it a point to let them know I took the cart. And that I am returning it. At this time I was frustrated and tired that people didn't offer assistance and really appeared not to care. Now as we arrive to the second room there are food trays out in the hallway. This is at time of arrival. We decide to unpack and go down to get a bite to eat. After heading back to our rooms the tray still remain on the floor not picked up with roach running down the hallway. I understand things happen in public places. But the topper was when I went to check out. I found that they had put $70 worth of movie charges which I never watched on my credit card. Now I'm very upset. When I go to complain and I talk about my story from the beginning. And how I was not going to make a big deal until these charges showed up. The lady at the front desk tries to tell me that it was chocolate on the door. As all the staff behind her start laughing. Bottom line is I was extremely disappointed that no one really cared or took responsibility that they screwed up. Instead they tried to cover up. Honesty is the best policy.People make mistakes we're all human. But if we don't admit to our mistakes we can't correct ourselves. We can't better our services or business. I was extremely disappointed and will not go back.

Mostly everything was great. The only drawback was you had to walk through smoking areas to get anywhere....ugh....

The shower in the room was absolutely disgusting. There was black mold all over the inside of the shower. Someone had fornicated on the main window, there was face and body smudges on the window, as well as bodily fluids. Very dissappinted for a resort to have this level of cleanliness.

The hotel is nice with lots of restaurants and pools. We stayed in the older rooms and found a cockroach in the room but otherwise the hotel seemed clean. It’s kind of like Vegas but a lot more family friendly as there were lots of children. We did go to the day and night clubs and they were fun. It’s nice to have this place close by. Would come back if there was a concert I wanted to see. I would stay in the newer rooms in the guitar if I come back though.

Check in was anything but smooth. I’m sure customers who are regulars know where to go etc .but I was not . Took almost 2 hours to deliver my luggage to room . No one was available to help a first time guest know where to go or check in

The grounds are amazing. My son and I had a great time. However, the pools being open longer would have been better. Also, food and drink by the pools should stay open longer as well. Easy to get to Hard Rock Stadium and back. Fluffy’s comedy show was awesome.

Stayed in guitar and it was wonderful, only complaint is slots were noticeably tighter than any previous stay. We had a terrible health event awhile back and couldn’t visit, which we missed doing, things are better and now plan on 4-6 trips annually. We went to Las Vegas last month and had a terrible time, so HR is now our go to for gaming.

Beautiful property with outstanding service from everyone. Kinda pricey but worth it. Overall, better than expected.

The rooms in the hotel allow for noise from other rooms and hallways. Impossible to sleep.

Short staffed. Staff very nice but not enough working. No entertainment during weekdays. Room not stocked properly. Not enough towels washcloths etc. no coffee new glasses 2nd day. . Bathroom backed up. Waited in room for an hour for maintenance. Called 2 times. Lots of $$$ for subpar services. Resort pool and grounds were beautiful. Again short staffed.

This property was amazing. It was like being in a Vegas resort but with the beach! I will say everything was great except for housekeeping. They did not clean your room unless you asked and even then it was a hit and miss

Everything was great! Customer service was excellent!!

I enjoyed the hotel room, and since it was my first time there and 40th birthday we got to upgrade our room to a president suite for a very very reasonable price. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and met all my expectations and more… I would definitely recommend!

Great property. Nice casino with great games. Great room. Room service was good. Had a pet area to relieve my dog. Great option for any occasion.

Had a blast at the Hardrock, but the shops and restaurants should either move to that Amazon technology where the stores are unstaffed if they can be. I wanted a bottle of water and couldn’t find a store to pick one up on the way out. Weird.

Leaking tub and shower valve. Towels are to old. Refrigerator dirty.

Everything was Excellent!! Got our rooms by 12pm. Better than 4pm check in.

Overall stay was okay. The cleaning team needs a lot of work. I had to call the front desk twice to have someone clean our room and even after calling twice they still never came. The overall hotel was good and we had a nice stay but the cleaning team needs a lot of help
