Upon entering room odor noted throughout entire room. Next day bed was made with clothing into bed as well as pillows thrown onto bed. Front desk staff not attentive to guest, standing on phones and sitting around in lobby.

The odor in the hallway was almost unbearable. It reeked of something. It may have been an industrial cleaning product. The odor in the room was slightly better but not by much. If you are sensitive to smells, definitely do not stay at this hotel. I sprayed it with fabreeze which did help some. Otherwise, the hotel was dated but quiet at least.

I arrived at this hotel after leaving a really bad hotel with a horrible experience. They welcomed us with open arms, was very hospitable and friendly, and allowed us to check in early due to my family having nowhere to stay. I will definitely stay at Wyndham again.

Warning do not stay here! The room smells of urine and has a musty odor. My fiancé mentioned the toilet seat does not stay up. Splatters of food and blood on the walls, Rust spots on different sections of the carpet. Hair in shower, hair in towels, dirty pillows. When you walk into the lobby it smells great… it’s a trap! The lobby is a completely different experience. We booked a stay due to the storm in Atlanta it was the worst experience ever. I will never stay here again. Take that effort into cleaning and upgrading the hotel. I do not wish this experience on anyone. Hotels.com was terrible when I called to request compensation. Of course I understood I would not fully be refunded but they offered me a twenty five dollar credit. It’s an insult. I will no longer use the site. I have been using them since 2008 faithfully. We were there for a Braves game. This hotel is within fairly easy walking distance from Truist Park. The only down side is the walk back to the hotel from the Park. Due to traffic flow and streets being blocked, etc you have to walk up 2 or 3 blocks and then cross over and walk back down to reach hotel. But, that is not hotel's fault. Check in was easy, breakfast was good.

I never checked in. Within in last 24 hours the baseball games were cancelled due to Hurricane Helene

This hotel needs to be updated and have better management. The girl at the front desk is constantly on her phone and just takes her time while helping guest. All of the ice machines and entire hotel were out of order so I had no ice for my stay. The breakfast taste like cardboard. My room had the worst musty, moldy smell ever. The hotel just dirty and not well maintained. Management seems absent. It’s walkable to the battery to catch a Braves game and that’s probably the only reason they’re still in business

Very friendly staff, very accommodating! Quiet and safe location!

We arrived at 1:30. Despite the parking lot being almost empty, we were refused an early check in. We sat in the car for an hour and a half because there was heavy rain and nothing to do. The indoor pool was too cold to enjoy, which was disappointing since the game got rained out. Other than those things it was a pleasant stay. Very close to the stadium.

We were under a STATE OF EMERGENCY and had to cancel our reservation buy was informed that we would not get a refund. Very poor and possibly illegal action on teir part. I will be contacting the BBB and the Governor' Office of consumer affairs about this.

Slow check In with no lines and late at night. Shampoo dispenser did not work. No blankets in room. Very small soap bottle for 3 people. Not enough towels or washcloths.

There were weird sounds constantly all the time. According to hotel staff, the sounds come from the elevator going up and down since my room is next to the elevators. We could not sleep. It was awful. The treadmill in the fitness room did not work. I would not recommend this hotel.

I’ve never paid this much for a hotel room to walk on and find that the sink was cracked into three pieces and was still being used. Scratched walls, poor repairs, etc. I’ve stayed in budget hotels that were in far better condition than this one. The only thing keeping this place open is the short walk to Truist field.

Our room was spacious and very clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was fine, same thing everyday and only put out fresh fruit one or two days. Parking felt safe. It was free unlike many hotels in Atlanta. The fitness center could use some updates.

Heading to town to attend an Atlanta Braves game. The room I was placing was an extremely spacious room With two windows. Unfortunately, only one of the windows had blackout curtains, and the window with the regular curtains was right next to an exterior light so my room was very bright all night. The road noise is horrible. Highly recommend you leave earplugs for rooms near the highway.

Sink had missing drain top, room smelled of light pee, breakfast was said to be ready at 6, but had to leave when it still wasn’t ready at 6:30, phone charging USB ports did not work on any lamps, looks like minimum effort put into maintaining rooms.

The room was great. Came for a Braves game and took the free shuttle over and just walked back. Super convenient!

Walked to a concert at Truist field, stayed the night, and enjoyed breakfast the next day. Great location and walkable to lots of stores and restaurants. Breakfast was a small amount of hot and cold foods. My husband likes cereal while I like hot breakfasts. Biscuit and gravy was good as was the sausage. Dove products in bathroom were nice and room was very clean. I do a wipe of surfaces, handles, and remotes when I stay places and was pleasantly surprised to find no dust buildup. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay. The room was clean and the staff, courteous. Love the area and the convenience of the area.

The bedrooms and bathroom were very clean. I especially appreciated the 2-BR suite option. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle van to Truist Park was a great feature. I would gladly stay here again.

The staff was amazing the only problem I had was the availability of towels and washcloths

We had several issues at our stay. The safe and phone did not work. We requested several times for it to be fixed and it never was. They only provided us with a .75 ounce bottle of body wash for 4 people that were staying 3 nights. Our first morning the juice machine was broken and no substitutes were provided. After being out for the day, our keys did not work and we were locked out of our room. The shower handle was broken and it made it hard to control the water.

Good stay. Only complaint was that breakfast only had water to drink other than coffee. The juice machine was out of order. Other than that, the room was good and the location was very convenient to the Battery so we really like being able to walk to the baseball game.

Check in was simple and the guy was nice. Walk into the room, it’s damp, it smells, it’s uncomfortable. Then I go to take a shower and there is mold all over the ceiling. DO NOT STAY HERE

Room was tired. Stains on ceiling. Faucet sprayed and was loose. Shower had initially orange water. I sat in desk chair and it flipped all the way back getting me stuck
